Contraceptives. Can he …

Contraceptives. Can he cum inside?

Good afternoon, I've started taking contraceptive pills prescribed by my gynaecologist after a medical abortion, he said I can use them for contraception going forward... I'm wondering, while taking contraceptives can my boyfriend cum inside?

Yes, but probably to be on the safe side—not before the second or third month of taking them. I might be mistaken; I'm not a doctor, but that's what I would do myself. I had a long history of taking oral contraceptives before, and pregnancy didn't occur.

Which ones did you take?

Possible, but after a month of taking the pills.

Fancy reading the instructions? 😊
You read them. If I'm asking a question, presumably something isn't clear?))) The instructions say to start taking it from day 1 of your period and you can stop using protection after two weeks, but since I was prescribed it after an abortion, it wasn't day 1 of my period🤷🏼♀️ And anyway, my question wasn't: 'How soon can I stop using protection?', but 'Can he finish inside?' Have you ever seen an answer to that specific question in any instructions?)))

Author, did you even think logically before asking this question? What do you believe is the function of contraceptive pills?
If you're not finishing inside, then why take the pills at all? Have you not considered that?

If I hadn't thought about it, I would just use another form of contraception, since I asked the question - it means I've thought about this topic, right?
That's why I'm asking
I'm taking them for the first time

You still haven't answered the question. Why take the pills if the man doesn't finish inside?

I'm asking the question to get an answer. I've started taking them for the first time, I'm asking to make absolutely sure... maybe they're for some additional protection just in case... I don't know, that's why I'm asking

Yes, it's possible. My boyfriend and I have practiced this about three times already, and no problems have arisen.
I've been taking the pill for several years.

Certainly, author. However, since you're not starting the pills from the first day of your cycle, it's advisable to wait for about three months of taking them. This ensures that ovulation is reliably suppressed and the endometrium thins out, while also allowing your withdrawal bleeding days to become established.

Ha. I remembered a story from my life. I was dating a guy, started taking the pill, and he was afraid to finish inside me. Then, when we broke up, he said: "Come on, admit it, you weren't on any pills, you lied to get pregnant." What the hell! I was gobsmacked, of course—you're the perfect candidate to have a child with! A broke deadbeat paying child support, 20 years older than me. The audacity of some men! And why did I even get involved with him back then, what an idiot!!!

At least he's got some self-esteem, and he's a good-looking bloke too, with those qualities he managed to get a younger woman. But you clearly have no self-respect, since you're spreading your legs for a broke deadbeat dad who's 20 years older. You're worse than a prostitute, at least she takes money. bgg

Could you please clarify which of your replies contained your answer? There are only your questions there.. I'll of course check with my gynaecologist when I have my appointment in a week, but I became curious now))) If you weren't planning to answer, you could've just scrolled past)) or did you come here to be snarky?)))

My questions contain advice within them. Are you incapable of understanding that?
Do you need everything handed to you on a silver platter? Or are you just 15 years old?

Oh come on, what are you on about?! The person has realised their mistakes, doesn't want repeats, it's good they're asking, and you're being clever here, trying to assert yourself? Author, since the situation is non-standard, use condoms for now, and ask a doctor in a week.

If I were your boyfriend I'd be the same. Would be scared to come inside you. Well, honestly, I've got p - a. It's like a reflex now. Maybe that could cause problems? Even when they use condoms.

Read a bit about this, OK – it's not a universal remedy. There's no point in taking a course after miscarriages or abortions.

Ovulation stops initially, but as research has shown, over time (a year later or earlier, much earlier) the body "learns" to bypass the action of external hormones, so breakthrough ovulation (break-through ovulation) can sometimes occur. And the thinning of the endometrium is just (((((, it's precisely because of this that the embryo (yes, embryo, not egg cell) can't implant in the endometrium and dies. This is no longer a contraceptive effect, it's a micro-abortion (even though the woman has no idea about it).

But I didn't prescribe them to myself, the gynaecologist prescribed them
And ALL my acquaintances were prescribed them by gynaecologists after an abortion or miscarriage. I read about it online, I didn't see a single article that said you shouldn't take them after an abortion or that there's no point

After an abortion, no sex for 2 weeks, and you can get pregnant easily, or do you just enjoy having abortions?

Author, did you even think logically before asking this question? What do you believe is the function of contraceptive pills?
If you're not finishing inside, then why take the pills at all? Have you not considered that?
Because even if you don't finish inside there's still a chance of getting pregnant

You need to take these pills to keep your hormones in order, that's their primary purpose, and contraception is secondary

You still haven't answered the question. Why take the pills if the man doesn't finish inside?
Even though it's 2 years later, I'll answer anyway. Contraceptive pills aren't prescribed just to avoid pregnancy. Moreover, in a huge number of cases they're not prescribed for that purpose. Anaemia worsened by heavy periods - here you have oral contraceptives.
To preserve dwindling egg cells - take the pills.
Can't get pregnant - you go on contraceptives - come off contraceptives and get pregnant as if by holy spirit - that's also an option.
Using oral contraceptives isn't always for the purpose of pleasant finishing inside.

If you'd studied this topic even a little, you'd know you can get pregnant without him finishing inside, since there are sperm in pre-ejaculate fluid too

So you don't have to use condoms.... Because you can get pregnant from the discharge from the penis during sex, not just from sperm. Read about it, you should know this.

You take contraceptives so your man can enjoy himself? Not primarily for yourself?)))

I'm asking the question to get an answer. I've started taking them for the first time, I'm asking to make absolutely sure... maybe they're for some additional protection just in case... I don't know, that's why I'm asking
I used to take the pills before and everything was fine. Then I stopped and didn't take them for several years. And it was actually condoms that let me down. Nothing tore or anything. It's just that they protect against unwanted pregnancy by 85% while the pills are 95-98% - the pills prevent the egg from being released and ovulation doesn't occur, which is what leads to pregnancy. The best time to have unprotected sex is on day 20 of your cycle (the first day of your period is day 1 of the cycle) and after a month of taking the pills. In the first month of taking them, it's better to use condoms or withdrawal method. In the second month, from day 20 of the cycle, you can try that kind of intercourse too. Provided you're taking the same COC pill at the same time every day. But the most reliable protection comes from the subcutaneous implant, which lasts for 3 years and then needs to be replaced or removed. It only fails in 1% of cases and is currently considered the most reliable. But in Russia it's not widely available yet and isn't used much here. So here, COC pills provide the best protection against unwanted pregnancy.

Probably so your little dicks, which you sometimes can't control, don't go where they shouldn't. Like: "I'll pull out in time, don't worry"
