The cervix has no nerve endings, so it definitely won't hurt. Especially not cancer. Cervical diseases are generally detected mainly during routine check-ups.

Go see a doctor, get an ultrasound... why stress yourself out unnecessarily???

What could be the symptoms... Any fibroid can turn into cancer, or it may not. I had my uterus and one ovary removed, and it all started with a fibroid. When I had it removed, after the surgery, everything was sent for a biopsy (only a biopsy can determine the presence of cancer cells in any foreign growth in your body, plus a blood test). I was later told that the cells had already started turning into cancerous ones, and I managed to have it all removed in time. Also, look at your family history. My grandmother had uterine cancer, and my mother had the same issues as me and underwent surgery.

How clever, no symptoms—right! I had that disease. First, there was an erosion, then cervical tears after childbirth and deformation. The condition developed at the site of the tear. My lower back hurt, not like before menstruation, but it was clear something was wrong. My lower abdomen ached, my legs became numb and swelled severely, I lost weight for no reason, even though my appetite was ravenous. The main issues were contact bleeding and painful intercourse, plus an increase in the number of days during menstruation, and even brown spotting instead of it. They performed a curettage, the histology came back, and it was stage 1b cancer. Treatment involved surgery and radiation. So, go to the doctor, get a smear for oncocytology, either calm down or start treatment.

Of course, my legs hurt.

It so happened that many other gynecological diseases had the same symptoms. It all started for me with an IUD, which caused complications, and then fibroids. And there were the same painful bleeding, irregular periods, lower back pain. Well, it might all develop into cancer, or it might not. Many of my friends have similar symptoms, yet no cancer. You know, it's the greatest mystery of nature, and no doctor can give you an answer to that; the entire scientific community is struggling with it. That's why some people's cells turn cancerous while others don't, even under similar conditions. Some trigger sets off a reaction in the body, but what it's connected to, nobody knows.

Exactly these symptoms are common in all gynecology... only histology will tell... if something hurts, go to the doctor... they take a simple smear for ATP... everyone now.

9 - tell that to the teenage girls who shared the ward with me, or to the mothers whose infants are at Kashirka. Better yet, walk that path yourself—without being tied to any specific situation!

10, those who are punished with illness are also someone's loved ones. To someone, he is dear, but to others, for example, he may have raped or thrown them out of their apartment. That's what I'm getting at...
Гость

By the way, that's the theory of a doctor acquaintance from Kashirka(. If you don't believe me, I can even give you the doctor's last name, since you were there (to my great regret)...

So, in your view, cancer is a punishment? I wonder, what are children paying for? Infants, respectable women, who have already suffered enough from, say, tyrannical husbands or the whims of their children? You shouldn't say such things without having experienced or endured something similar, or else, who knows—you might find yourself in a situation where suddenly you have to pay for some sin according to your philosophy, and you'll sit there wondering—why? Why? And here's a ready-made answer... how simple everything is.

Ladies, to your health—calculate it however you see fit. The issue here was about something else. One thing I can say is that you are mistaken. Be well, I don't even want to say anything more. I wish that you never have to experience such a fate and that you'll be more tactful in such matters going forward.

13, don't get angry. I just voiced a theory that some oncologists share. That's all. From my point of view, there are logical aspects to it.

They write such utter nonsense, like Guest 15 and others. My friend had cervical cancer, had a difficult childbirth, and after that, she developed a tumor. It started with a cyst. What kind of punishment are you talking about...
Гость
#16
16, a true cyst is NEVER malignant.
Гость
#17
16, and also: cervical cancer and ovarian malignant tumors are COMPLETELY different things.
L_Intriga
#18
She simply had severe complications after a difficult childbirth due to doctors' mistakes, with problems affecting ALL her female organs. First, they removed a cyst, then her cervical tissues began to necrotize, so they performed surgery and supposedly removed them. Later, a malignant tumor developed—fortunately, she had been monitoring the situation all along, and everything turned out fine. As for the theory about retribution, that's just nonsense.

Judging by the popularity of the threads, fibroids seem to be the most severe and difficult condition to endure. So many arguments have erupted, with participants fiercely trying to prove to each other that those who had surgery don't understand anything at all, insisting that they should have done this or that, to the point that they eventually split into separate threads. Girls who haven't faced cancer-related illnesses, please discuss your diagnoses with those who have the same ones! If someone is asking for advice or a specific question to those who have experienced the illness, why do you write, and often write utter nonsense? If you have nothing substantial to say, just move along.

Get tested for tumor markers; this can detect cancerous lesions at the earliest stage. I generally agree with guest 15. The widespread incidence of cancer lately is somehow connected to the thoughts that occupy our minds. These theories are mainly voiced by those who have managed to overcome this disease themselves. Lazarev and even Dontsova assert this in their books. So, in some people, these cells remain "dormant" their whole lives, while others, who are overly envious, possessive, and perpetually dissatisfied, receive this trial from above. I say this also as a daughter whose mother fought her way back from the brink after a stage three diagnosis. After visiting doctors, caring for my mother, and witnessing the emotional transformations she underwent, I am increasingly convinced that cancer is not just a disease of the organs; it is, first and foremost, a disease of the soul.

Guest - you're a fool.

21 Guest, It often happens that cancer affects, for instance, residents of the same building. And in a small locality, they make up the main cancer statistics. Is everyone's soul flawed? It's a very convenient excuse to absolve those who pollute the environment of responsibility and shift the blame onto the sick.

23 - On Novaya Zemlya, there is a man who has lived there since birth; I don't remember his name, but I've met him. This man is over 80 years old and in excellent physical shape. Considering there's an active nuclear testing site there, he should have been the first to die. For some reason, when a person falls seriously ill, they blame anyone but themselves. If you recall how long they put off visiting a doctor, how many kilograms of antibiotics and painkillers they consume without consulting a doctor, hoping for "maybe" and "it'll resolve on its own," then how are others to blame? Living is dangerous in general, regardless of where you live or what you breathe. So if the author is concerned about this issue, wouldn't it be simpler to go get blood tests for tumor markers and have a full check-up? To avoid facing advanced stages later, when only the Lord God can help.

Oncology is closely linked to the human immune system; let me give an example. A man had a kidney transplant, after which they began suppressing his immune defenses with medication to prevent organ rejection. Three weeks later, a mass was discovered in his lungs. Upon examination, it turned out to be a metastasis from the transplanted kidney, which had a very small tumor that started growing rapidly after artificial immune suppression. They urgently removed it, and a month later, the lung tumor disappeared—the body eliminated it on its own.

My mother underwent two surgeries, 18 years ago and 2 years ago, for cancer. I met an operating room nurse at the hospital who has worked there for 20 years and has seen a lot. She says that oncology is about unforgiven grievances, and even oncologists think so.

Our emotional state directly affects our immunity. Many have probably noticed that illnesses come during times of intense stress, and grievances eat away at us from the inside like worms. We must forgive everything, even if it's very difficult.

My mother is very touchy and holds onto grievances for years.

And symptoms can mimic various diseases; one method for early detection of cervical pathology, it slipped my mind, is when a gynecologist examines under a microscope and takes cells for cytology, which is done in any gynecology practice. And we ourselves can come up with all sorts of diagnoses! It's better to trust a professional.

Colposcopy provides the physician with extensive information about the condition of the cervix: the vaginal portion of the cervix is examined through an optical system with slight magnification. By using harmless reagents (highly diluted acetic acid and a weak iodine solution in glycerin), the characteristics of any area of the genital mucosa can be clarified.

Damn... my grandmother spent her whole life fussing over her husband like a hen with one chick, raised two idiot sons, denied herself everything, and worked like a horse until the very end. She survived the Siege of Leningrad, has many medals... and for what? Breast cancer... What for? So, guest, no need for blah-blah-blah...

And how many scoundrels, murderers, and rapists don't get cancer? Guests who come up with silly theories are just defending themselves, as if they're good people and it won't happen to them.
Гость
#29
I've heard that from a doctor too. It's not about good or bad, but about how much a person torments themselves with grudges, conflicts—essentially, how they prevent themselves from living joyfully, always stewing over things, and so on. Meanwhile, scoundrels often have quite a flexible conscience.
Марго
#30
It seems like scoundrels have no conscience at all.

There's a good way to avoid getting offended and holding grudges, like Scarlett in "Gone with the Wind," she used to say, "I'll think about that tomorrow." Which means to forget it, to put it out of your mind.

It has been proven that the primary cause of cervical cancer is infection with oncogenic types of the human papillomavirus (HPV) (16, 18, 31, 33...). It is transmitted only through sexual contact; condoms slightly reduce the risk of infection, and the virus can be transmitted to a child during childbirth... The virus generally does not clear from the body. There are rare cases of the virus clearing on its own at a young age, but this is uncommon... HPV is dangerous because it causes dysplastic processes in the cervix. Therefore, it is essential to undergo an annual colposcopy of the cervix with a Pap smear for cytology. Detecting early stages of dysplastic processes in time guarantees complete recovery!

In my previous post, I was SPECIFICALLY talking about cervical cancer... Ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, vulvar cancer, and other types have somewhat different causes... Many tumors are hormone-dependent.

Guest [1294984227], you're talking nonsense. Cervical cancer has a viral origin. What do thoughts in your head have to do with it? In simple terms, cervical cancer is contagious, like the flu. You might not be promiscuous, righteous and proper, but your partner could be a stud, let's say. And if he has been with more than five women and then had sex with you, the risk of contracting HPV (and the human papillomavirus causes cancer) increases by several dozen times!!!! In other words, cervical cancer stems from moral laxity.

Symptoms - foul-smelling discharge,

blood-tinged spotting after intercourse and at other times,

dull pain in the lower abdomen and lower back,

and typically, cervical cancer occurs at a young age and progresses in an aggressive form.

Tell me, I go to the gynecologist once a year (though I should go more often, of course). And she takes a swab specifically from the cervix. That's for cells, I assume?

How is fibroid detected? Can it be felt during a gynecological examination?

About tumor markers. Are there any tumor markers that show both lower and breast problems at once?

The danger of cervical cancer lies in the fact that in its early stages, there are NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL!!!

It is discovered by chance. A woman goes to the gynecologist, they take a routine smear test and... :(

Of course, a colposcopy should be done. Brown spotting can also occur with endometriosis. And lower back pain is common with simple adnexal inflammation.

People, help, I'm scared to death! I've been diagnosed with cervical cancer, but I haven't had a biopsy yet! What should I do? Is it 5 years and that's it, or can I live and can it all be cured? What tests exactly confirm cancer? Waiting for answers!

Larisa, don't be afraid or think negative thoughts! I received the same diagnosis, and today is the 7th day since I learned about my illness. I've thought about all sorts of things and cried (don't visit medical websites, it's better not to read that), but I've realized one thing - everything is treatable, and everything will turn out exactly as we think it will. I'm only 31, I have two children and a young husband, and I haven't had the chance to give him a child... But we don't have the right to fall apart!!! Stay strong!!! Everything will be fine!!!! :-)

The thought of one thing is very scary! And what tests diagnose this? They only diagnosed me after a smear! There hasn't been a biopsy yet! What's most interesting is that three months ago I had a medical check-up and they found nothing, and now suddenly cancer—I don't understand! How is that possible?

Girls, don't be afraid of anything - thankfully, all of this can be treated now! You will get through it, don't despair; difficult doesn't mean impossible. The key test will be the oncocytology, which will confirm or rule out the presence of cancer cells in the smears or tissues. The sooner treatment begins, the better and easier it will go. Don't worry about radiation therapy - it may slightly lower your overall condition and quality of life during that period. Recovery also varies for everyone. For me, it's been five years, and I still feel the effects of the treatment. But there are my ward mates who have completely forgotten about it, so hope for the best. Good luck and good health to you.

There was a matter, what do you mean by "I still feel the treatment"? Weakness, depression, lack of sexual desire or inability to engage in it? Or something else? What stage were you at? How old are you? Sorry for so many questions...
Larisa, where were you diagnosed, when will you get the biopsy results?

I made a mistake by trusting my regular (paid) gynecologist, who a year ago, upon detecting the papillomavirus, told me it was nonsense, just to remove it like a wart, and performed a conization on me... Only now have I learned that she should have immediately put me under cancer monitoring. Instead, for all my complaints about pain, bleeding, fatigue, pus discharge, constant cystitis, constipation, etc., they reassured me that it was just common inflammation and stuffed me with antibiotics. It never crossed my mind to doubt; I didn't know that the papillomavirus was so serious (why, why didn't I look for information??? I don't know... she enveloped me with her calmness, and I felt good that for once a gynecologist was gentle and not frightening). In the end, I was hospitalized, and the doctors at the hospital recoiled in shock during a simple examination (I gave birth to children silently, but here I was screaming in pain just from the speculum). There was simply no cervix—just a solid tumor. The biopsy showed stage 2b... Now I spend every day at the Herzen Institute—tests, examinations, and so on. They should soon inform me when to be admitted for radiation and surgery.

The last name of this so-called "doctor" is Stovbur Tatyana Viktorovna. Girls, such "specialists" should only perform abortions, yet she also manages pregnancies and scams gullible patients like me for money...

My husband is 24 years old; I am madly in love with him. Such happiness after the hell with my drinking and abusive ex-husband, to meet Love, a Real Man, who now holds my hand and takes me to doctors, calls my children OURS, and cares for me like no one else. My biggest dream was to have a third baby; my daughters also kept asking for it, the youngest even said she would give all her toys to the baby and buy a pacifier... It's so hard and unbearable for me, simply impossible to accept and realize that we won't have our little one after all...

- I'm around 40, I won't go into details. It all started when I was 34. Elia, I'm talking about my overall condition—I haven't shaken off the feeling of female inadequacy because before, I was a stunning woman, and then I gained a lot of weight, my posture changed, etc. I hardly need sex anymore; my attitude towards it has shifted. Although, listening to my friends, I realize that some live the same way without surgeries or treatments. My worldview has changed. I've transformed completely—I see it. And my hormones are behaving differently. It's possible and necessary to adapt to this, and it's very important to cherish life! For example, this year, after a long break, I started ice skating again—it feels amazing! And I thought I'd never be able to do it again! Girls, our health is our mood and our desire to live. Be smart—endure everything courageously; there are millions of us like this.

I'm 37 years old, and the diagnosis was made from a smear in gynecology! The biopsy results will be ready in 7 days. I don't even know the stage yet; they didn't write it in the records! Can anyone help decipher this: JUSP.CA colli ubei!!! I thought I had calmed down and was waiting for the biopsy results! Maybe it won't even be confirmed, nothing! Oh, it's a bit scary waiting for the verdict =)
