I'm 36 years old, since December I've had problems since November - either I didn't have periods for two and a half months, or they come irregularly and there's no proper bleeding, just spotting. Plus there's constantly air coming out of my vagina (like popping sounds). My sex life is irregular, in the last six months there hasn't been any at all and the worst part is I don't even want it. I've started gaining weight a lot, even though I only eat once a day. Apathy and laziness to do anything. Could these be signs of early menopause? And I still want to have children. 😔
Check your thyroid gland, get tests for hormones and sugar.

Author, menopause can indeed occur at the age of 27. Go to an endocrinologist, get your hormones checked, and it's advisable to have ultrasound monitoring every month for about six months. It could indeed be thyroid issues or endometriosis. With menopause, hot flashes also occur.

Get your hormones tested, and then the doctor will prescribe treatment, but if it's early menopause, you'll have to say goodbye to the idea of having a child naturally; only IVF can help.

Our doctors love to blame all problems on early menopause((....following this "cause" comes - lack of sexual activity (or overly active sexual life)), absence of childbirth (or too many childbirths)), absence of breastfeeding or... well, you've probably already got the picture???))______________________________-On-topic response: check your hormones (at Invitro, for example). The most important ones are LH and FSH (you can look up the interpretation online based on the results)________________It's ridiculous to talk about menopause at 27....((((((in 99% of cases, it's hormonal dysfunction.

I am the one whose life came to a halt at 32. The girls are right, you need a good doctor. Mine only drained my money and ended up helping me with nothing. I categorically refused hormone therapy. My friend took it, stopped, and the same issues returned—she just gained weight. To save time, drink red brush and motherwort; they contain natural hormones and will boost your immunity. Take your test results to a homeopath. And though it's very late, I found out that the absence of periods is the result of a curse on the family name—yes, yes, don't laugh. It would be good to visit holy springs. And get your thyroid checked.

Layla, early menopause can start as early as 14, like it did for one of my distant, distant relatives. And it's not just the absence of periods, but other "age-related" ailments too. She has to take calcium supplements, otherwise osteoporosis—or whatever it's exactly called—starts to develop. By the way, it doesn't show on her appearance; she doesn't look old.

In cases of early menopause, hormone replacement therapy is precisely what is indicated. Just as insulin is necessary for diabetes, female hormones are essential during menopause to feel normal and maintain an appropriate appearance. And there's no need to fear this. The absence of normal hormone levels is far more detrimental to a woman's body—for the bones, the heart, and mental health. I won't even mention the impact on appearance... IT'S ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Girls, young ladies, women...__________apologies if I've missed anyone)..._______________MENOPAUSE CANNOT HAPPEN AT 14 (my apologies, Guest)....._______________it seems you're not quite up to speed?....((________________________For those interested in this topic - HAS ANYONE EVER HAD A HORMONE TEST?________________________ANSWERS WILL COME_ EXPLANATIONS WILL FOLLOW....(particularly interested in FSH and LH)
It's a pity I only came across this discussion now. Girls, I would like to chat and share experiences with those who have faced this misfortune at an early stage, i.e., before the age of 40. Mine ended at 35, and before starting hormone replacement therapy, I underwent numerous examinations and all sorts of tests. For me, it was a SHOCK. I've read a lot about it, but I still can't come to terms with this hardship. Thank you in advance.

My menopause started at 26 after severe stress; my periods just stopped abruptly, and a month later, hot flashes began. I've been living with this for two years now (taking hormones). To say it's awful is an understatement. The doctor I'm seeing told me to accept it as a fact, but that I can't go without hormones. Has anyone else found themselves in a similar situation? Please share. Thanks in advance.

I'm in the same situation—I'm 38, have an 11-year-old son, recently got married, and wanted to have another child, but my FSH is 97! I'm experiencing hot flashes, and my periods only occur with Femoston. I came to terms with it quickly, but the hot flashes are really interfering with my life.

My menopause started at 25, after a stressful period my periods stopped. I also went through numerous examinations and saw many doctors, but no one could help. At 28, I started taking Femoston, and it made a huge difference. I regained my desire for sex, started sleeping better, and stopped being irritable. I'm nearly 30 now, and ultrasounds show no follicles, and I don't have any children. I've decided to urgently pursue IVF, as at 29 my FSH level is 182. But life must go on, and it's ABSOLUTELY essential to take hormones!!!

At 28, my periods stopped, FSH was elevated, and I had hot flushes—it was explained as premature ovarian failure, i.e., menopause. Well, that's when the tears, sniffles, and shock began. The hot flushes didn't bother me; on the contrary, I'm always cold, so warming up in a second was actually nice )). The doctor decided to put me on hormones, but I thought it was too soon... Three months later, my periods returned, FSH was normal, and I thought it was a mistake, just a temporary glitch in my body, and now everything would be fine. For exactly a year, like clockwork, not a day late (before, there were minor irregularities). And now, today, I'm facing the same issue again. I'll be heading off soon for my dose of hormones—it's the best I can do for my body, and I'm determined not to stress about it, as that certainly won't help.

I am 26 years old, and I have also experienced stress, and everything came to a halt. The doctors delivered the verdict: MENOPAUSE. It's a good thing I managed to have a son, but my husband left because he wanted a daughter.

I am 26. No children. Same diagnosis. But one particularity - I have post-surgical menopause + I had cancer (5 years ago). This means, in my case, hormones are strictly contraindicated (they increase the risk of recurrence). What should I do? How to support my body? I AM ON THE EDGE.

I've just started the treatment, and so far, everything is as the doctor (a good one) promised. Before seeing her, I was self-medicating with Remens, but I lacked the patience to complete the course. Both times with Remens, after about a month or a month and a half, the hot flashes stopped, my hair condition normalized, among other things, and my periods started. Tomorrow, I'm going to the doctor and will ask about Remens—whether I can take it now as well.

I'm 23, and this year I've only had my period three times. I'm experiencing constant hot flushes. One doctor says everything will return to normal, it's just a hormonal imbalance, while another says it's early menopause. I'm in shock.
I'm sorry, but what happens to hair during menopause??
I have hormonal problems too... I haven't done the tests mentioned above, but the symptoms are similar... And my hair is falling out terribly. It wasn't like this before. I'm also 28...
Honestly, I'm not worried... there's no need to get upset, it's easier for me in that sense.

I am 38. I married the love of my life and lived with him for 13 years, until I was 35. We have a daughter who is now 9 years old. At 35, we decided to have another child, and I became pregnant with a boy. During the fifth month of pregnancy, I accidentally found out that my husband had met another woman and they were seeing each other. I was under immense stress. When I confronted him and made him choose, he chose her. We got divorced. Due to the stress, the baby's heart stopped, and nothing could be done. I had an abortion. I was depressed and didn't want to live anymore, crying all the time. I stopped eating and sleeping. Eventually... a year ago, my periods stopped, and I started having hot flashes, feeling hot then cold... The doctor said some hormones were above normal, indicating dysfunction, and prescribed hormonal medication. I gained 2 kilos, and my periods would come only when I took the pills, not otherwise. I got fed up with it. In June, I stopped taking the medication. Also... my sexual life has been on and off. After stopping the medication, two months later, my periods returned, but they were irregular... However, in the last two months, I've had them four times, heavier and longer than ever in my life. Now I'm waiting... I really want a son too.... (My ex-husband recently told me—I shouldn't have made things worse; it would have passed... but now so much has been said and done, and it's impossible for us to be together after this... and recently, he suggested I become his mistress.) I refused... It hurts me deeply to see him. My soul is crying. After all, he chose her over me and our daughter. To be honest, life without him has lost all meaning, and I can't be with him anymore. But the world without him seems very dull and lifeless. I want him to live a long life... because I don't need a world without him. I couldn't live knowing he's not in the world. And I'm needed by my daughter... So that's the story of my early menopause... They tell me that pre-menopausal symptoms can be similar. But I hope it's just severe stress.

I feel so sorry for you! But you speak of him so kindly—I wish you happiness, that a man who loves you crosses your path, and that you have a child together, and experience the joy of womanhood! I seem to be going through menopause too at 38, but I've had many IVF attempts. Now all my joints ache and my libido has vanished. I'm searching for fellow sufferers online at night and an answer to what to do.

Polly, we are the same age. Mine also cheated on me with his mistress when I was pregnant. And I had been through IVF, thought I would die or go mad. I kicked him out myself, but now we're back together. But it's not the same anymore, not at all, everything is tainted.

Try wearing Vinalight anion pads—three per day—they help balance your hormonal levels. And drink oregano infusion: two tablespoons per cup of boiling water, consume half a cup 15 minutes before meals. Your periods may return. Wishing you good health!!!

Ladies, you should try Ovariamine (it's a cytamine) – it worked for me. You can order it in St. Petersburg. It's not available in pharmacies.

I'm 26, my thyroid is fine, I lead an active lifestyle with sports, studying, and work, and I'm married, but menopause has arrived because of endometriosis. I didn't have time to have children. And you say it can't be!!!! It can, and I have hot flashes and no discharge at all, with only AMH below normal among my hormones. And no amount of bloodletting will bring back eggs, unless you crawl back into your mother's womb and start developing your own ovaries!

It's truly frightening to hear such things... I'm also experiencing early menopause... It started, I'm not sure when, probably around the age of 20... I really want children... I'm 23 now. I just want to say one thing: parents should definitely have their children, especially girls, checked by doctors. It's heartbreaking to think that I might not have children. But I still believe in the best. And not every man would accept this, let alone understand it. No one in my family has had this, I mean, early menopause. Everyone has many children. It seems everyone has to go through something. Dear girls, never suffer because of men; take care of your health. They aren't worth it.

I was also diagnosed with this at 36! Despite having regular periods, my anti-Müllerian hormone is very low and FSH is high at 28. They prescribed HRT, but at least with it, there's still a chance to get pregnant, and without it, it would only get worse. I'm not losing hope, though I don't quite understand why my periods are fine while my hormones are off. I've had tests done in several labs, and it's still unclear. PMS has been hitting me hard and is really tormenting me—that's why I went to the doctor! I become absolutely furious a week or even two before. I'm so tired of it! I'm about to start Femoston, and we'll see how it goes—I'll write an update later! If anyone has thoughts on this, feel free to share, but please no bold remarks, as I see there are quite a few grumpy ones here.

Age 43, missed period for a month, ultrasound showed endometrium - 3 mm, 1 follicle, need to get tests done. The doctor said it's definitely hormones, early menopause. I feel awful, constantly feel like crying, hot flushes, insomnia. What should I do, I'm in shock?

Before 30, menopause is a complete disas... aster.
After 30, it's rubbish.
After 40, it's lousy.
After 50, it's unpleasant.
But if nothing can be done about it, don't fret; worrying won't make the situation any better.
It's a shame that all hopes and dreams are shattered... But for some reason, life loves to do that.
