Girls! Darlings! Those who have already given birth, or have heard something... what are the symptoms if it's a boy? or a girl? Very interesting! Thank you all so much for the answers!!!! Waiting!
I'm sharing my "symptom," which was later confirmed by 100% of my friends who gave birth—if you really crave ice cream, it's going to be a boy. I was eating 6 to 10 packs a day. I could have eaten more, but I was afraid of catching a cold))).

If a woman's nose enlarges, it's a girl, and if her lips enlarge, it's a boy.

With the boy, I craved meat more, and with the girl, sweets. There wasn't much other difference, and I had no morning sickness either time.

By the shape of the belly. When you're carrying a boy, the belly sticks out in front, and from the back, you can't see anything. When it's a girl, the belly spreads out to the sides.

1) AAAAAH. It matched)))
2) Didn't match. Looking at my photos, in the last few months my nose "got puffy."
Anyway, on the 4th day after conception, I dreamed of a boy.

I was expecting a girl—I couldn't stand meat, not even the smell. I craved fresh salads and fruits, and lots of them))) My belly definitely spread out to the sides, I became shapeless like a log. I was insanely horny, I practically raped my husband right up until the birth!!!
Now, in three weeks, we're expecting a boy (according to the ultrasound)—heartburn has been tormenting me from the first days. Well, actually, first I was a bit nauseous). I eat meat normally. I really craved ice cream in the second trimester. My sex life is at zero((( I've been plagued by a yeast infection (never had even a hint of it before). My belly is like a ball, all out front, and if you look from behind, you can even see my waist. I wonder if the ultrasound got the gender wrong, we'll find out soon. But the pregnancies have been completely different, even though there haven't been any major complications.

Wow, exactly, just like with 7, I really craved beer during this B!
And with my daughter, I had a strong urge to smoke. Actually, I was really drawn to the smell of smoke and wanted to smoke myself. Although I don't smoke! But maybe my body was lacking something?!

I was eating ice cream, my belly sticking out like a cucumber, my waist was visible even in the last months, I craved meat, all my beauty remained—and what? A girl!!

Has anyone ever had an ultrasound be wrong? At 22 weeks, they told me it was a boy, and today at 27 weeks—it's a girl. I'm even a bit upset.
It all depends on how the baby is positioned during the ultrasound. They can lie in such a way at that moment that it's impossible to get a proper look.)))
But there's no need to be upset. This is your little one. As soon as you hold them in your arms for the first time and give them a kiss, you'll scold yourself for even having such thoughts. Believe me.
Wishing you and your little one good health.

The best sign is if the baby has a penis, then it's a boy. By the way, ultrasounds haven't been canceled, you know.

My friend had twins showing on the ultrasound throughout her entire pregnancy. And a super-ultrasound technician saw only one baby two weeks before delivery. She gave birth to twins.
You can't judge by the shape of the belly because if the abdominal muscles are strong, the belly will grow forward instead of spreading to the sides. Mine stuck out like a cucumber, and everyone around kept saying it would be a boy. I kept telling them that three ultrasounds already showed a girl. To that, one old lady replied: "I don't know what that ultrasound-schmooltrasound shows you, but I'm telling you, it's definitely a boy!" :)) A girl was born ;)

I ate sweets throughout the entire pregnancy—chocolate, fruits in insane amounts, had mild morning sickness, and my belly was huge in all directions, both wide and sticking straight out. I gave birth to a very large boy. And yet everyone predicted a girl—based on blood type, folk signs, and even the ultrasound, by the way! ))))

Only one ultrasound technician told me it was a boy—and at first, he looked and said it was a girl, then spent another 40 minutes looking and said, "No, actually, it's a boy." But all the ultrasounds before and after that said it was a girl, so I thought the guy was mistaken. But no.
There is a theory that initially the embryo is sexless and only later "chooses" which sex to be. And there's also a theory that sex depends on the woman; yes, men produce different sperm, but it's the female environment that decides which sperm—X or Y—will survive in it and fertilize the egg.
Don't rely too much on textbooks. They say we descended from apes, but that's not true. And for about 500 years, all textbooks said the Earth was flat, so who knows what else they'll write.

"It says in them that we descended from apes, and that's not true."
And you, Iris, do you have irrefutable proof that it's exactly not true??? It seems to me that the final word on this issue hasn't been said yet...

"There is a theory that initially the embryo is sexless and only later 'chooses' which sex to be."
The first part is correct. Male or female genital organs develop in the same way. Essentially, everyone starts as a girl, and then, if the Y chromosome comes into play, a boy develops. But this happens quite early—at the beginning of the embryonic stage.

And when I see a pregnant woman or just know that she's pregnant, even if there's no visible belly yet, a picture immediately forms in my mind of her already with the child, and I can somehow tell the baby's gender—by the clothes, by the face somehow. And you know what, I've never been wrong =)

16 is definitely not nonsense. I told all my acquaintances for sure, without any ultrasounds)))). It's true, all the moms were initially slim, no belly was visible at all, and they all had great abs... Of course, if a lady, to put it mildly, had Rubenesque proportions even before pregnancy, you can't guess. And the fact that mothers of girls become less attractive is a fact, hormones...

TWO WEEKS AGO I COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT CONDENSED MILK... AND EVEN NOW SWEETS ARE REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME... EVEN THOUGH I NEVER EVEN ATE CANDIES BEFORE))) SO I'M CURIOUS, WHAT DO YOU THINK, IS IT A LITTLE BOY? OR A GIRL?

At 31 weeks, the ultrasound said it was a girl, but at 34 weeks, it said a boy. A boy was born. I only craved meat—ate almost nothing but meat. My belly stuck out in front, and from behind, like guest 9, my waist was still visible. My friend’s first was a boy, and when she was pregnant with him, her belly stuck out in front. Then she was pregnant with a girl and said that even three days before giving birth, no one offered her a seat on public transport—she looked like a shapeless, spread-out aunt, not a pregnant woman. But, author, there’s no guarantee these signs will work for you.

Bunny is right, usually you dream about the baby's gender, at least all the women in our family do, somewhere up to the 20th week when the ultrasound still doesn't show anything.

Well, that's nonsense. The father determines the child's sex, depending on whether an X or Y sperm fertilizes the egg. Some men have more X sperm, others more Y. It depends on many factors, including health condition.

I ate tangerines and berry ice cream. Not a single gram of salt. The morning sickness was monstrous, lasting right up until delivery. My belly was high and very pointy. My lips were full, my skin was perfect. Not a single stretch mark. I never swelled up. The result—two girls. The ultrasound technicians were never wrong.

The shape and size of the belly don't indicate anything at all. And abdominal muscles have nothing to do with it. A lot can depend on where the fetus is attached and which wall the placenta is located on. Everything else is purely individual. You can be as big as a blimp and give birth to a low-weight baby, or have a tiny belly and give birth to a 4 kg baby. It's impossible to guess the number of children, their weight, let alone their gender, based on the belly.

Throughout my entire pregnancy, I could only eat tomatoes and cucumbers; any kind of meat made me feel completely nauseous. I also felt extremely sleepy all the time and was barely awake. I had a girl. Interestingly, during my second abortion, which was medically indicated, I craved salty herring from the very beginning and ate about 3-4 pieces a day, even though I generally don’t like fish, especially salted fish. So, who was that for—a boy or a girl?

45 And what difference does it make after an abortion? Goodness, what cynicism.
On topic. You can actually tell somewhat by the shape of the belly. If it's "pointed forward" — it's a boy; if it "spreads wide" — it's a girl. None of my ultrasounds revealed the gender, but all my acquaintances unanimously insisted, "Definitely a boy — a pointed belly." And that's exactly how it turned out. No particular food cravings were noted. Neither salty nor sweet.

And a very, very good doctor told me it's a boy. The term was still early, and it was too soon for an ultrasound to determine the gender. After listening to the heartbeat, she said that boys' heartbeats are kind of more active and stronger))) And the endocrinologist at 9 weeks said it will be a boy)

I'm intrigued by dreams. At 24 weeks, we clearly saw a girl. A month before conception, I dreamed of twins. At 2 or 3 months of pregnancy, I dreamed of twins again. According to the ultrasound, there's one baby. Although twins are quite possible given my family history. And now I keep dreaming that I gave birth to a boy, and my stroller is blue. I have another ultrasound in a week (at 34 weeks) – we'll see if the one at 24 weeks was mistaken.
