Don't believe paid reviews. I started gradually as per the instructions. Side effects are minimal. Appetite doesn't disappear completely, but there's no wild feeling of hunger, which I think is even better. Because you need to switch to proper nutrition, not be starving.

Здравствуйте, при переходе на дозировку 5 мг не появилась побочка ? Я делаю уже 5 укол, но по 2.5 мг. Побочки практически нет, раньше на семавике я так намучилась с побочкой, что тирзетта это просто рай какой то. Аппетит меньше, вес уходит. Не тошнит и не вырубает , как от семавика было. Боюсь переходить на 5 мг, как буду переносить, не знаю.
