I'm in a similar situation. I have hereditary mastopathy, and since I was 16, I've known when my period is approaching. About 7–8 days before, my breasts get very heavy and painful, plus an extra lobe under my armpit bothers me so much that it's impossible not to notice. But now, my period is due any day, and everything's quiet. My breasts are just strangely swollen, but not heavy, no PMS symptoms, nothing's aching, and my appetite is poor. But I'll wait for my period—anything is possible. It's spring, maybe it's vitamin deficiency, or just a simple delay, although that only happens to me when there are real health issues, and here everything seems fine. I just had my hormones checked last month.

It's not entirely accurate to link this to pregnancy. Before both of my pregnancies, I had all the symptoms of menstruation, but it turned out to be pregnancy.

During my first pregnancy, I also had symptoms similar to my period. Right now, I don’t think I’m pregnant, it’s just strange.

I'm curious, it happened to me too. Pregnancy is definitely ruled out. Online, opinions vary—some sites say it's a progesterone deficiency, others say it's normal or even an excess of progesterone. Maybe someone has personally figured out exactly what it is?

3. Shooting pains, sometimes in the right ovary, sometimes in the left, every day on different sides.
4. The strangest thing: I’m sitting calmly at work, and my heart starts racing and pounding, my breath catches, and I feel short of air—this happened twice in a week. (I immediately thought—what if!)
5. The most important one: on day 24 of my cycle (with a 28-day cycle), my breasts started to swell. I thought it was just before my period, but that evening, those few drops appeared on my underwear.
