Most likely, it's dysbiosis. Try taking Hilak, some Bifidumbacterin, or Linex. My friend was in a terrible state, always carrying Imodium in her bag. After a course of treatment, she's no longer suffering. But it might be worth getting checked out, just in case there's something else.

Get your gastrointestinal tract checked with enzyme tests. That's what happened with my father; it turned out he had insufficient production of certain enzymes. He started taking enzyme supplements—no more diarrhea since.

I have the same issue; at first, I thought it was just a weak stomach, but then I was diagnosed with IBS..((

If you're interested in the psychological cause—diarrhea from fear and running away from yourself—try to sort yourself out since that's the case.

You are an alcoholic.

You've taken antibiotics, haven't you? If so, it's most likely dysbiosis. The prescription is in the first post.
5. Just so you know, alcoholics don't snack when they drink "firewater." And then they complain about the spirits afterwards. That's a fact. That's how alcohol affects an irritated gut. But I suppose that's not relevant to the topic!)

I've also been diagnosed with IBS... I took the course of medication prescribed by the gastroenterologist, and everything was fine, but after a while, it started again... not diarrhoea, but... unpleasant, in short... my stomach often rumbles, and I feel a bit nauseous... in the morning, I have to run to the toilet about five times :(, because of this, I'm almost late for work... :( Can IBS not be cured once and for all?

Damn, I'm still breastfeeding, and I don't know what I can drink besides Linex, which isn't helping at all. I've been suffering all night, and now my bum hurts.

Author, this urgently needs treatment, especially since your bottom hurts! You could even end up with haemorrhoids if you keep running to the toilet constantly... If you're also breastfeeding, you need to see a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.

When I was breastfeeding, I suffered similarly - try drinking Bifidumbacterin - you can have it even while on a diet, perhaps the pancreas is also affecting it, you should see a doctor...

Fibre, and more fibre. In a double dose. It'll pass in a day.

I also have constant diarrhoea. I run to the toilet 5-6 times a day. I eat normally. But about 2 months ago, there was nothing wrong! Suddenly, these episodes started happening.

Is it not meant to be to see a doctor? Dysbacteriosis manifests this way and requires proper treatment. Start with Phosphalugel and Bifiform, and then you can discuss further steps with the doctor.

Well, it's annoying how everything shuts down at 10:00 PM and in the evening, I'm fed up with it already.

I also have constant diarrhoea. It's been about 3 months now. But I don't have to rush to the toilet frequently. It's just like normal, only it's diarrhoea... What could this be?
I've been suffering from this problem for about 4 years now! I've undergone tests for dysbiosis and other analyses, had an FGS (which showed issues to treat, gastritis and intestinal inflammation), but even after treatment, everything remains the same—only loperamide helps! I really don't know what to do anymore.
Hello, comrades in the shared struggle of bowel troubles. I've been dealing with this issue for eight years now. It doesn't bother me too much; I can go about normally, only passing loose stools once or twice. I wanted to try treatment and was given about forty referrals, all paid, but that's not the problem. The real issue is that apparently, sick leave isn't granted to run around for all this, and that's where everything came to a halt. I only recently threw away all those papers.

By the way, try bell peppers; I eat them sometimes just because I like them, usually one to one and a half with dinner, and in the morning, I feel like my bowel movements are trying to regulate themselves. It seems like everything is fine, but no, there's always a fly in the ointment at the very end—it's liquid.

Yeah, and I've got the same thing, not often but an explosion in the toilet, basically a gas liquid bomb. Fed up with it, it doesn't go away.

I've also had almost constant diarrhoea since I was about 18, and I'm 26 now. I really need to get checked out, but I just haven't gotten around to it. I think it's pancreatic enzyme deficiency, so I'm taking Micrazim. Basically, I need to have a gastroscopy and an ultrasound done; then I think it'll become clear.

Diarrhea for about 5 years, nothing helps. I've been checked by a gastroenterologist, swallowed a probe, had ultrasounds of the pancreas, gallbladder, and liver—all clear. Yet, every morning, it happens 2-3 times.
Hello everyone, I have the same issue as you all))) I feel a bit awkward about going to the doctor... I started taking "Bactistatin," which was recommended to me at the pharmacy, and it's a dietary supplement, not pills. Since I've been using it, I've noticed a big difference. Give it a try, and I hope it helps you too)))

It all started with gastritis for me, then I cured it, but my bowel movements still get disrupted sometimes, and then it takes two days to recover. I've taken Bactistatin, Biovistin, Linex, Bifiform—all useless. But when I watch my diet, avoid anything extra, and take Mezim or Pancreatin with meals, everything is fine. And most importantly, I started taking Afobazol, and my condition improved... It seems it's all related to my mental state; I need to see a psychiatrist to calm my nerves!

Damn! I've had this diarrhoea for the second day now, while some people have it for years. As soon as I get home, I just can't hold it in, sometimes I'm afraid I won't make it in time. Laughing aside, I just can't even look at food. Everything just goes straight through me.
I had gastritis as a child.

Stop smoking, those who smoke get diarrhoea!!!!!! It's proven...... not everyone, of course, but in most cases! Don't eat food fried in sunflower oil. Eliminate mayonnaise from your diet, eat black bread...... and everything will be good!!!!! I cured myself this way. And it's not so bad if it's part of the body's physiology! The main thing is that vitamins are absorbed ;) Avoid all kinds of instant foods and spicy dishes.

Persistent diarrhea... it's been half a year now, no quality of life whatsoever. I've tried everything—Polysorb, Linex, Acipol... The doctors have checked my intestines every which way, and my stomach too—everything's fine. I suppose the most important thing now really is to quit smoking. I take charcoal and loperamide—it does hold things back, but my stomach rumbles, and by morning, it's diarrhea again. I'm taking Bifidumbacterin—haven't noticed any effect so far... And rice, oak bark, and all that nonsense—it's all rubbish.
