Most likely, it's dysbiosis. Try taking Hilak, some Bifidumbacterin, or Linex. My friend was suffering badly—she always carried Imodium in her bag. After a course of treatment, she's no longer in such distress. But it might be worth getting checked out, just in case there's something else going on.

Check the gastrointestinal tract with enzyme tests. That's what happened with my father; it turned out to be due to insufficient production of certain enzymes. He started taking enzymes—no more diarrhea.

I have the same thing; at first, I thought it was just a weak stomach, but then I was diagnosed with IBS..((

If you're interested in the psychological cause—diarrhea from fear and running away from yourself—try to sort yourself out since that's the case.

You are an alcoholic.

You took antibiotics, right? If so, it's most likely dysbiosis. The prescription is in the first post.
5. Just so you know, alcoholics don't snack when they drink "firewater." And then they slander the liquor afterward. That's a fact. That's how alcohol affects an irritated gut. But I suppose this isn't related to the topic!)

I was also diagnosed with IBS... I took the course of medication prescribed by the gastroenterologist—everything was fine, but after a while, it started again... not diarrhea, but... unpleasant, in short... my stomach often rumbles, I feel nauseous somehow... in the morning, I run to the toilet about 5 times:(, because of this, I'm almost late for work...:( Is IBS not something that can be cured once and for all?

Damn, I'm still breastfeeding, and I don't know what I can drink besides Linex, which isn't helping at all. I've been suffering all night, and now my butt hurts.

Author, this urgently needs treatment, especially since your butt hurts! You could even develop hemorrhoids if you keep running to the toilet constantly... If you're also breastfeeding, you need to see a gastroenterologist quickly.

When I was breastfeeding, I suffered similarly - try drinking Bifidumbacterin - you can have it even on a diet, maybe your pancreas is also affecting you this way, you should see a doctor...

I also have constant diarrhea. I run to the bathroom 5-6 times a day. I eat normally. But about 2 months ago, there was nothing! Suddenly, it just started happening.

Is it not your fate to see a doctor? Dysbacteriosis manifests this way and requires proper treatment. Start with Phosphalugel and Bifiform, and then you can discuss further steps with the doctor.

I also have constant diarrhea. It's been about 3 months now. But I don't run to the bathroom frequently. It's just like normal, only it's diarrhea... What could this be?
I've been dealing with this problem for about 4 years now! I got tested for dysbiosis and other tests, had an endoscopy (they found things to treat, gastritis and intestinal inflammation), but even after treatment, everything remains the same—only loperamide helps! I don't know what to do anymore.
Hello, comrades in the shittiness. I've had this trouble for eight years now. It doesn't bother me much, I go normally, only 1-2 times with liquid. I wanted to try treatment, got about forty referrals, all paid, but that's not the problem. The real issue is that apparently, you can't get sick leave to run around for all this, and that's where everything stalled. I just recently threw away all those papers.

By the way, try bell peppers—I eat them sometimes, just because I like them, usually with dinner, one to one and a half. Then in the morning, I feel like my bowel movements are trying to regulate themselves. It seems like everything is fine, but no, there's always a fly in the ointment at the very end—it's liquid.

Yeah, and I have the same thing, not often but explosive diarrhea in the toilet, basically a gas-powered liquid bomb. Tired of it, it doesn't go away.

Yeah, I also have almost constant diarrhea; I've had this problem since I was about 18, and I'm 26 now. I need to go get checked out, but I just haven't made it yet. I think it's pancreatic enzyme deficiency, so I'm taking Micrazim. Basically, I need to get a gastroscopy and an ultrasound; then I think it'll be clear.

Diarrhea for 5 years, nothing helps. I've been checked by a gastroenterologist, swallowed a probe, had ultrasounds of the pancreas, gallbladder, and liver—all normal. But every morning, 2-3 times.
Hi everyone, I have the same problem as you all))) I feel a bit awkward about going to the doctor... I started taking "Bactistatin," which was recommended to me at the pharmacy, and it's a dietary supplement, not actual medication. Since I've been using it, I've noticed a big difference. Give it a try, hope it helps you too)))

It all started with gastritis for me, then I cured it, but my bowel movements still get disrupted sometimes, and then it takes two days to recover. I've taken Bactistatin, Biovistin, Linex, Bifiform—all useless. But when I watch my diet, avoid anything extra, and take Mezim or Pancreatin with meals, everything is fine. And most importantly, I started taking Afobazol, and my condition improved... It seems it's all related to my mental state; I need to see a psychiatrist to calm my nerves!

Damn! I've had this diarrhea for two days now, while some people have it for years. As soon as I get home, I can't even hold it in, sometimes I'm afraid I won't make it. Laughing aside, I just can't even look at food. Everything just goes right through me.
I had gastritis as a child.

Quit smoking, smokers get diarrhea!!!!!! It's proven...... not everyone, of course, but in most cases! Don't eat food fried in sunflower oil. Eliminate mayonnaise from your diet, eat black bread...... and everything will be good!!!!! I cured myself this way. And it's not a big deal if it's part of the body's physiology! The main thing is that vitamins are absorbed ;) Avoid all kinds of fast food and spicy dishes.

Constant diarrhea... it's been half a year now, no life at all. I've tried everything—Polysorb, Linex, Acipol... The doctors have checked my intestines every which way... and my stomach—everything's fine. I guess the most important thing now is to quit smoking. I take charcoal and loperamide—it does slow things down, but my stomach keeps rumbling, and by morning, it's diarrhea again. I'm taking Bifidumbacterin—haven't seen any effect so far... and rice, oak bark, and all that other nonsense—it's all just rubbish.
