Bellataminal. Available over the counter, works quite effectively.

ON MONDAY I HAVE A SERIOUS CONVERSATION WITH MANAGEMENT, AND I HAVE A NOT-SO-SERIOUS WEAKNESS – I TEND TO CRY EVEN WHEN I DON'T WANT TO. CAN YOU ADVISE WHAT I COULD DRINK TO FEEL MORE CONFIDENT? THANK YOU. I UNDERSTAND I SHOULD SEE A PSYCHOLOGIST – BUT THIS IS A CRITICAL MOMENT. IF ANYONE CAN HELP, I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL. THANK YOU.

They say Quator mixture! I actually used to take peony drops for a while, and I was as calm as a cucumber!!!

Please recommend a sedative!!! My husband has gone into the army!!!! Something that can be taken every day and makes you completely escape from all thoughts, basically very strong!!!!! Thanks in advance!!
Thanks for the precise advice, it will definitely help me settle someone tonight )))))))))

My boyfriend is in the army too... In the first few days, what helped me the most was a mixture of tinctures—peony, valerian, and chamomile, 20 drops of each, all together. And you know, it worked incredibly well.
I'm supposed to be calm, relaxed, but it's the opposite! Even the carotid artery in my neck starts pulsing, and my heart feels like it's jumping out of my chest—it's nonsense! Maybe I shouldn't take sedatives at all? Or maybe my body is just rejecting them...

The best tranquilliser is the embrace of a loved one!

From the milder options: Glycine, Grandaxin, Adaptol.
Stronger ones: Atarax, Fevarin, Valdoxan.
More serious treatments for depression: Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft, Fluoxetine.
The first two categories are available without a prescription, while the others may require one.
Ladies, but remember, before buying and starting any medication, read about each drug separately—look up the instructions online. Each has contraindications, and it's best, of course, to consult a good psychotherapist!!!
Wishing everyone good health!

Honestly, I wouldn't drink that, because for me, valerian is it—I'm guaranteed to become a total slowpoke, completely docile))) I fall asleep on my feet from valerian. Already tested, I tried drinking something like that before too... Recently, I took Afobazol as a course—it's definitely not drowsy; on the contrary, coordination and attention are better, and all the fears and jitters just cut off.

Afobazole didn't help me at all, and valerian only makes me a bit sleepy, and even then only if I take half a bottle at once.

Afobazole didn't help me either =( The most effective over-the-counter option for me is Novopassit, although it has a bit of a cumulative effect, but after taking it for a while, you can feel that life becomes easier).

I was afraid to get my teeth treated because of nausea, but taking 2 phenazepam tablets 2 hours before going to the doctor worked almost like a miracle. I sat there, completely indifferent, as if I hadn't slept for 2 days.
Without a prescription - probably only alcohol 40% and above.

Novopassit helps guaranteed, it's been saving me for the second month! Things at work are so bad that I might as well not show up, I would have quit, but we have large mortgage payments, my husband alone couldn't manage, so I'm grinding away. Without a sedative, I probably wouldn't have coped! By the way, it's also a children's remedy, recommended during active growing up (around 12-13 years old), of course after consulting a doctor, the child will save a lot of nerves for themselves!

Three Afobazol tablets in one gulp, and suddenly nothing matters anymore!

Guys, the best sedative, and one that's harmless too, isn't pills or tinctures that strain the heart, but simply an evening hookah with good natural cannabis leaves, grown without preservatives—just don't overdo it, use it only in emergencies. For all other times, classical music (preferably Mozart) and scented candles.

Cannabis doesn't help, it only causes paranoia! It's all about heartburn.

Afobazol, but it's either a course of treatment for one to two months, or 2-4 tablets at once (some may need more) – it will definitely help against tearfulness and lack of self-confidence.

I took clonazepam... two packs are lying there... and there's also Venlafaxine... but it's better not to take that... it acts like a drug... the first one is by prescription, the second without... but both are extremely powerful medications... I don't even take them myself... they don't make me calm... they make me scared... I can't get up... so I'm looking for an alternative but can't find one(((
