I had a laparoscopy, and the lesions were cauterized. The treatment involved hormones, and they told me to have a child, but there's no one to have one with right now. They said as soon as I stop the birth control, it will start progressing again. But I don't want to have a child just for that reason, with just anyone.

I was diagnosed with an obstacle to pregnancy. I had a laparoscopy where the lesions were cauterized, then I went into medically induced menopause for three months. Now I'm in my 8th month)

And I'm very familiar with the problem of endometriosis too—it was recently diagnosed. I've already seen several doctors; some say I can try to get pregnant this way, while others strictly forbid it. My husband and I decided that I should get treatment first, and now all that's left is to find a good doctor.

It's good that they made that decision. In my time, I was under the care of a gynecologist who said endometriosis wasn't a problem and that it would resolve on its own after pregnancy. As a result, I spent a lot of money and, most importantly, five years of my time. Thankfully, I decided to see another doctor, had a laparoscopic cleaning, was in artificial menopause for six months, and now I have a little daughter.

Where, if it's not a secret, did you have the surgery?
Инга

Of course, it's no secret)) I'm healthy thanks to the Moscow clinic; we went there specifically to see gynecologist Babicheva I.A., recommended by my friend who had a similar diagnosis—she's a very good specialist. Although, in principle, all the doctors at that clinic are handpicked, it seems. Before the surgery, I had to interact with some of them for ultrasounds and other tests. If, God forbid, I have problems again, I'll only go there from now on.

I thought "Ya Zdorova" only specialized in IVF. My sister was treated there, by the way, quite successfully—she's a mother now. Regarding endometriosis, from my own bitter experience, I'd say you shouldn't try to get pregnant without treating it first; all my pregnancies ended in miscarriage. Only after completing full treatment was I able to carry a child to term normally.

And I've also heard about the clinic "Ya Zdorova" from several acquaintances; apparently, it's really popular in Moscow. But since I haven't been there myself, I can't say for sure. I had my surgery at our local district hospital—the recovery was long and difficult, even though they also claimed it would be quick and painless. Plus, the staff's attitude was terrible. But thankfully, the outcome was positive, and the rest was something I could endure.

After being diagnosed with Adenomyosis, I went to a metropolitan medical clinic to see Candidate of Medical Sciences Tatyana Fedorovna Koryavaya, who was recommended by my friend—she had delivered her baby at the Kulakov Federal State Institution under her care. She is an excellent specialist. I underwent about three months of therapy, and now I am pregnant. Our entire family is deeply grateful to Tatyana Fedorovna. Thank you!

I turned to a metropolitan medical clinic on a friend's advice for my cervical erosion. I had visited numerous clinics and specialists, most of whom tried to squeeze as much money as possible out of me for tests, while others said it couldn't be treated until after childbirth. I also treated a papilloma, but the erosion remained. I specifically went to Dr. T.F. Koryavaya. She examined me, performed a colposcopy, and we didn't need to redo the HPV test since I had results from my previous ordeal. She told me there was no dysplasia and that there was a method that could help me. It took me two months, but I personally confirmed that the erosion is gone. I am very grateful to Dr. T.F. Koryavaya—I've found my doctor!!!

Tatyana Fedorovna Koryavaya is a highly qualified specialist, a professional with an individual approach to each patient.

She has an excellent understanding of many fields of medicine, accurately diagnoses conditions, and prescribes treatments that lead to visible positive results. Tatyana Fedorovna provides outstanding medical support and care, always making time for her patients. Moreover, she possesses wonderful personal qualities, and I feel very comfortable and in safe hands with her.

Having lived abroad for over 13 years, I can compare European/American medical support with the care I received at the Metropolitan Medical Clinic. I can confidently recommend Tatyana Fedorovna Koryavaya as an excellent and caring gynecologist who bases her practice on evidence, experience, and the best proven treatment methods.

While living abroad and being treated at top clinics, I still suffered from chronic inflammation, cervical erosion, and an infection—conditions that, according to current fashionable foreign approaches, are often not recommended for treatment. I happened upon Tatyana Fedorovna by chance while passing by the hospital and decided to see what a doctor in Russia would say. After a wonderful and competent consultation and the prescribed treatment, I specifically returned for another appointment with her. Just a week ago, I was examined by a local American gynecologist who was very surprised by the dramatic improvement in my health and the complete absence of inflammation and erosion.

I highly recommend Tatyana Fedorovna as a gynecologist and hope she will be my doctor during pregnancy.

Thank you so much, Tanya, for being there!

Try this regimen: OK as recommended by your doctor, then vitamin D3 2000 simultaneously with fish oil (not from liver), B vitamins, spirulina 1-2 grams, shatavari only 1 tablet and at night 1 teaspoon of milk thistle meal, with 3 hours between taking the supplements. For pain, bloated and hard belly, tampons with Vishnevsky ointment help.

I don't know, this was my second laparoscopy. Retro cervical endometriosis. At first, it was just endometriosis. After two laps, ovarian exhaustion. (((( Basically, I no longer believe in anything, I don't know what to do. I did everything the doctors said, and in the end, I have low AMH. They won't even take me for IVF. And I don't want donor eggs; I want my own child. That's my story. And I'm 34(((((((. But still, I go to the doctors, with hope............

My situation is quite similar: treatment with Janine, laparoscopy, three Zoladex injections, Duphaston didn't help at all. And when I got my hormones tested—it's a mess, and AMH is less than 1. I don't know what affected it since I didn't test AMH before Zoladex. The result: a lot of money and nerves spent, no pregnancy, and everything hurts again.

They found endometriosis on my ultrasound, and it was confirmed during cyst removal. I was prescribed Visanne for four months, but after taking it for two weeks, I felt very unwell and stopped. I decided to turn to folk medicine, specifically Islamic remedies. I used tampons with honey, aloe, and black seed oil for 14 days and also drank black seed oil. Then, in a follow-up ultrasound, praise be to Allah, no signs of endometriosis were found!!!!

I had endometriosis. When the question of getting pregnant came up, my gynecologist told me that endometriosis was deforming my ovaries and, because of this, physically preventing the egg from meeting the sperm. I was sent for surgery, a laparoscopy. I had it done. I got pregnant. But the endometriosis continued to grow. I worked with a psychosomatic therapist using the psy2.0 method for two sessions (I myself didn't fully believe it was enough; I didn't go for an ultrasound for six months, thinking it probably wasn't enough and I needed more, but the psychosomatic therapist I worked with went on maternity leave). Anyway, a month ago, at the ultrasound, they told me, "You have nothing there." 🤷‍♀️ There's a report. I cried. ))))
I found reviews that some people were helped by a course of herbs (upland uterus).

Hello, what is artificial menopause? Or were you taking hormonal pills? I've been taking Visanne for almost 2 months and my periods are just spotting, they're almost nonexistent.

I want to share my story. Girls, endometriosis is not a death sentence!!!
Two and a half years ago, I was diagnosed with this condition, all while raising my daughter who will soon be 9 years old. I went through numerous hormonal treatments, and nothing helped. I drank herbal mixtures, but pregnancy just wouldn't happen! Until I decided to try hirudotherapy two months ago. I applied 10 leeches at once and also had five fire therapy sessions. A month later, three tests came back positive before my period was even due. I had already lost hope of ever seeing those cherished two lines! It's a miracle, and I'm sure hirudotherapy helped me!
