Myotonic orgasm

Myotonic orgasm

Please, people who think this is disgusting and unacceptable - don't write to me about it, I came here for help.
Myotonic orgasm is a special type of orgasm where a woman achieves it by contracting her thigh muscles.
So, by the way, I've been "crossing my legs" since early childhood. I only recently found out what it is and what it leads to - the absence of orgasm in partnered sex. I'm a virgin, I'm afraid of this. Tell me, if there are those who also do this - how are things with your partner? And one more thing - do you have any problems with urination and your bladder? Do you tense the muscles inside yourself?

I do it this way. I've never had an orgasm with a partner.

I didn't even know that's what it was called. I've been able to do it since childhood. I've never had any problems with orgasms during sex. No need to worry.

I can do that too. There is an orgasm even with regular sex. I didn't quite understand what the problem is. You haven't even tried it yet, have you?

Haven't even heard of that?
How do you do it?

Practising. There will be issues with the partner.

That was the case. Since my teenage years, I've found great release. There are no issues with orgasms now, nor with my health. In fact, it even helps me achieve orgasm consistently during every sexual encounter with my partner—I just slightly tense my thighs, and off I go.

Any excessive ...ism leads to problems in sex, not just myotonic (I didn't even know that word existed).
Most women don't climax with a man, so I wouldn't worry at all (and I don't).

I could do it, but I refrain precisely because I believe it's "wrong." I tried it, and it came easily, but I quickly realised it wasn't worth it, so it never became a habit. In sex, I initially had clitoral orgasms, but now I have none because over time, I came to understand that clitoral ones are also incorrect. I've been living without any orgasm for three years and hope that someday a vaginal one will occur. During sex, I simply "give" to my husband and don't admit that I'm simulating for this purpose, as I read long ago that a vaginal orgasm can only emerge if one abstains from other types, and the body can't endure being without any for too long.

I'm afraid I'll disappoint you. I have both clitoral and vaginal orgasms, sometimes even within the same night. Love yourself, relax and have orgasms, no matter what kind they are. Don't wait until the year 3000, it might never come.

Damn, I just found out recently. I've had this since kindergarten. It's interesting where it comes from at such a young age. I do have issues with orgasms, but my husband is aware of it. We're trying out positions where I can cross my legs)))) It's silly, of course, and annoying, but what can you do))

Well, I'm wondering whether to train myself out of it or not even bother. And recently I've started having problems with frequently needing the loo and the urge persisting afterwards - urologists and nephrologists can't find the issue. So I'm curious whether ladies who practise this have similar problems; after all, some muscles down there are contracting.

I have been practising this since early childhood. However, I have never experienced an orgasm with a man (or even a woman). My clitoris is completely insensitive, and while vaginal stimulation brings pleasure—a special and desired kind—it still doesn't lead to an orgasm. I am convinced that this is, so to speak, due to overindulging in these myotonic orgasms. At times, I refrained from them for several months, but orgasms during sex never materialised. I have come to terms with it. I still enjoy sex with my husband, albeit without orgasms.

Not only can girls achieve orgasm by tensing their inner thigh muscles, but guys can too. I came for the first time from tensing my thigh muscles while doing leg exercises on the butterfly machine. Later, I tried without the machine, just lying on my back with my knees bent and bringing them together. I tensed my legs as if trying to crush something between them and held that position for about five minutes. And I came...

Hello, girls! The other day, I went to a trampoline centre for a fitness session, and there was this one exercise that required tensing the abdominal, hip, and glute muscles. While doing it, I experienced a deeply memorable sensation from my childhood—a myotic orgasm—which I also used to feel every time I climbed a rope. That got me incredibly curious about what it is and why it led to suggestions of banning ropes in schools. I've never encountered any of the issues people often write about. In my relatively short sex life so far, I've experienced various types of orgasms, including vaginal and clitoral, and I've even been fortunate enough to discover my ability to squirt, all thanks to my boyfriend. By the way, my boyfriend has been my first and only partner to this day. I don't understand why many people feel shy or afraid of what they might experience; I myself was really worried about it as a child, unsure if it was right or wrong. It's better not to fixate on just one myotic orgasm—there are so many more intense sensations that our bodies, as women, can offer us! Although I was quite fascinated by this type of orgasm for a long time myself, until I wanted something more and it didn't disappoint me!

No such problems here. Those who approach this consciously already know that it's more likely to be the opposite of the situation you described.
During a myotonic orgasm, a woman experiences involuntary contractions of the pelvic muscles not only responsible for orgasm but also a "workout" for the urethra and other nearby muscles. That is, it's highly probable that by being able to control your internal muscles, the urges to go to the toilet are also controlled, and quite effectively at that.
As for your issue – it's simply a case of mild hypothermia. All the symptoms fit perfectly. Neither urologists nor nephrologists will give a clear answer about what and how until there are obvious! signs. Unfortunately, "early warnings" are rarely taken into account.

I've been doing the same since I was about 4 years old. Had issues with my first partner (he was selfish when it came to sex), but with my current one, it's absolutely fantastic—orgasm after orgasm.

I rejoice every day that such an orgasm exists!
It quickly relieves stress, brings relaxation, happiness, and all in just a couple of minutes.
Crossed my legs a couple of times and carried on—no need to undress or touch anything. I use it often, up to three times a day, depending on my mood.
If I get too stressed at work, a couple of minutes in the toilet, and I come out a new person.
Need to punish the boyfriend? Just refuse sex, but the orgasm is always there.
It doesn't affect orgasms during sex with a partner at all. Sensitivity doesn't fade; in fact, it's even more enjoyable with a partner.

I'm a man, and I only experience orgasm by stretching my legs and tensing my muscles. And the funny thing is, my girlfriend is exactly the same. So basically, we're having sex, but each of us reaches orgasm on our own.

Same situation since early childhood, constant bladder problems, recently treated cystitis with complications (not sure how related that is), same with orgasms. Unless my legs are far apart, I shouldn't even think about orgasm 😩 completely shocked... Didn't know there were so many like me. Doctors link it to early psychological tension and myotonic orgasm.

I've also been able to do it since childhood and I don't understand how we all figured out to try something like that at such an early age. It feels like many human actions are programmed from the very beginning.

Goodness, ladies! How little must one think of oneself to consider any orgasm "incorrect"! The very existence of the vaginal orgasm is a highly debatable claim, and to ruin one's health and mental well-being in pursuit of it is simply inexplicable foolishness. Finish however works for you, stay healthy and happy.

From an early age, I experienced myotonic orgasms when climbing on the horizontal bar in kindergarten. Now I'm almost 20 and still practice thigh clenching to this day. It's very relaxing, and I get immense pleasure from it. I do it depending on my mood—sometimes I might skip it for a week, other times I might do it up to 10 times a day. I don't know if this will affect my future life in any way, but I have no intention of stopping anyway; I enjoy it too much.
I have never had a sexual partner.

It's probably a habit you've had since childhood to relieve tension this way by crossing and squeezing your legs and thighs. If you need a consultation and want to try to restructure, write to the email c.tzepilov@yandex.ru

Oh, for goodness' sake, you've found something to worry about; if you're enjoying it that much, it's a good thing... Because some people don't get any pleasure at all, that's how it was for me. After giving birth, I experienced real pleasure, but only in one position. Then I started masturbating often... and the issues went away, though what kind of issue was that anyway? You need to clear the nonsense and boundaries from your head. My only problem was a man's small penis, but now I'm married and everything's fine there.

There's no such thing as "right" and "wrong" orgasms. Do what helps you achieve pleasant sensations and get rid of this nonsense in your head about your "wrong" orgasms and achieving some supposedly "correct" one.

And to the girl asking the question, I'd like to say roughly the same thing. If you like myotonic orgasms - do what you enjoy, don't listen to those who write that problems with your partner are inevitable. Problems with lack of orgasm come primarily from your heads. Problems might exist, but definitely not because of myotonic orgasm.
