Girls, I'm fed up with everything. Every day I rack my brains about what to cook that hasn't already become boring. Give me some suggestions please. Just one request - no baking in the oven (mine's broken).
My dear, that's precisely the point – a homemade burger is a poet's dream and has nothing in common with McDonald's )))
Author, you should try something 'Asian'... perhaps a curry with coconut milk.

Unfortunately, there's no steamer; the kitchen is absolutely tiny, it's minuscule. Please tell me more about the pasta with mushroom sauce and seafood.
My husband doesn't like sushi rolls, I'm cooking for him (I'm kind of on a diet myself)
Definitely stuffed peppers!!!!

8. Tell me about the hamburger??? Can those on a diet have it????
Buy some pasta. I love fettuccine, but of course, you can choose any kind, like spaghetti. Boil it until it's slightly undercooked. You can even cook it until it's half-done; it'll be healthier for those watching their weight.
Prepare the sauce—toss mushrooms or seafood into a frying pan, give them a quick fry, then add milk that's been mixed with a bit of flour for thickness and simmer until it thickens. Then, either mix the pasta into the sauce or serve the sauce over the pasta on the plate.
You can add all sorts of spices, fresh herbs, onions, and even garlic.
There are loads of sauces you can make, like a tomato-based one with plenty of cheese, eggs, herbs, or a Bolognese with minced meat... tons of options, really.
Well, a steamer is very beneficial for those trying to lose weight...
Perhaps consider this option: take it off the shelf only when you're cooking? Otherwise, let it stay in the cupboard and not be in the way.

11. OOOOH, I'm absolutely drooling. And seafood - what exactly??? Would prawns work?? 12. The kitchen is completely packed, it's not a kitchen, it's an upright coffin. I can't afford either a steamer or a multicooker. There's catastrophically no space!!!! :(((

So, you're trying to lose weight? Then it's better (to ease your conscience) to make trout (or another lean fish) with herbs in foil. It's usually done in the oven, but you can also pour water a quarter of the way up in a frying pan and place the foil-wrapped fish in it. "Stew" it with the lid on for the same amount of time. The result will be identical.
You could also (at least for variety) try skipping side dishes like potatoes and pasta.
Cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, and corn make excellent side dishes.

Ah!, 16. You wrap the fish in foil (greased with oil so the fish doesn't "stick") like a dumpling - with the "seam" on top - and place it in a frying pan (or saucepan - depending on the size of the "packet"), filled a quarter full with water. The water will boil. The fish will cook in its own juices - inside the foil.

17. I'm losing weight according to Ginsburg's method. You can eat everything!!!, but daily fat intake must not exceed 30 grams. So, no potatoes or pasta scare me.
Author, if you're a pasta lover, I can suggest three more classic options: 1) With tomatoes - for this, you need to stew a sauce in advance from a large quantity of chopped tomatoes, with garlic, onions, and various spices - look up variations online, the same sauces for pizza have a similar composition. 2) Salmon, cheese, and cream - this is a "heavy" option. Lightly fry pieces of fish, pour in cream, simmer, add grated cheese when the consistency is right, then toss the pasta in. 3) Canned tuna, garlic, and capers - fry sliced garlic (don't skimp on the oil), add the rest, just a couple of minutes - and mix in the pasta. In all cases, the key is not to overcook the pasta! It should taste slightly underdone.
And I do love sometimes just boiling some beetroot, buying good herring and light mayonnaise, black bread – and there it is, my happiness :)

And yesterday, I tried out a new, seemingly 'extreme' chicken recipe (not without some apprehension, but it turned out successful). I coated one and a half kilos of chicken thighs with chicken spices as usual (I removed the skin and trimmed the fat, but that's optional). In a thick-walled pot, I heated three-quarters of a cup of ketchup, added the prepared chicken pieces, poured in a cup of Coca-Cola, brought it to a boil again, covered it, reduced the heat, and after an hour and a half (on low heat), it resulted in a surprisingly tasty, juicy dish—chicken with a barbecue-like gravy. And the best part is, minimal fuss and ingredients. It's just the thing when you're feeling lazy and don't want to bother.

Phoenix, did your chicken thighs not fall apart into a stew within an hour and a half?
On topic – slice the chicken breast into thin strips, fry in any oil you prefer (corn, sesame, or just refined) until the liquid evaporates completely and a golden crust forms. Meanwhile, in another pan, toast the sesame seeds. Drizzle the chicken with a small amount of soy sauce, add the toasted sesame seeds, mix, and fry for another couple of minutes. Eat with chopsticks. For a side dish – vegetables, rice, or whatever else you like, just not potatoes or pasta.

Phoenix! Your recipe has made my jaw ache. How dreadful.
At 26, I initially reacted the same way to the recipe until I tried it out of curiosity. It does sound really dodgy, but the result is amazing. Michelin star (25), no, they didn't fall apart. Well, maybe I kept them for an hour, not an hour and a half. On a low heat. It shouldn't boil vigorously, just a little bit.

27, the liver is fine (knock on wood). It's not something you cook every day. I have plenty of chicken recipes, including ones from this site. I often make "curry," which is just perfect for "liver."

What's that Coca-Cola for there?
It would be better to add a spoonful of honey during cooking if the aim is to give the dish some sweetness.

Here! By the way, I just remembered a little recipe for chicken in honey)))
Or with honey?

Darling, honey is certainly much healthier and better to use than "Coca-Cola". However, it imparts different flavour notes. For my homemade barbecue sauce, I usually use grape jelly (the one with the 'Isabella' aroma) – half a cup to one cup of ketchup, adding a couple of teaspoons of dry mustard and one teaspoon of onion powder. I mix it all thoroughly over low heat until the jelly dissolves.

Don't you fancy some tabaka chicken??? It's as easy as pie, and most importantly, quick......
Just wash the little hen, clean it, and onto the frying pan, then flip it over; meanwhile, we make the sauce....
We mash 6 tomatoes (or blend them in a blender), sauté 300g of finely chopped mushrooms with onions, then add the tomato mixture, and finally, very finely minced garlic and herbs, simmer for another 5 minutes... the chicken is ready, place it on a dish and pour the sauce over it!!! Absolutely delicious! Made it yesterday... the two of us devoured it for dinner))

Author, there is a recipe, but it's extremely detrimental to the waistline. Fry chicken wings or thighs until golden brown, season very sparingly with salt, though that's a matter of taste. In a jar of 30% fat sour cream, crush 6-7 cloves of garlic, mix well, and add a little water to thin the consistency of the sour cream. Then pour the garlic sour cream over the frying chicken pieces. Cover with a lid, and in 5-7 minutes, the dish is ready. It's very tasty but doesn't help with weight management.

For the particularly lazy: place a small amount of butter (about half a matchbox worth) at the bottom of the pan, lay chicken thighs on top, then add 2-3 onions sliced into rings or half-rings over them. Sprinkle with spices, herbs, etc. You can also add vegetables (potatoes, carrots). Do not add a drop of water! Start on high heat (for about 5 minutes), then switch to very low. And leave for 1.5 hours. The result is tender chicken in its own juices. You can add cream half an hour before it's done to create a creamy sauce.

Well, since we're on the topic of pasta, you can make pasta with pesto sauce (I've described it on some thread before). You take pine nuts (about 3-4 tablespoons), grind them, finely chop a bunch of basil (you can use parsley), grind a couple of garlic cloves, and grate some Parmesan. Mix everything with olive oil, plus salt and pepper. Toss it with spaghetti, and grate more Parmesan on top. It's really delicious, though not too suitable for those on a diet, but you can make it for your husband. If he doesn't consider a meal complete without meat, you can separately fry some chicken fillet, cut into medium-sized pieces, and then add it to the pasta.
So, what else to suggest... a puréed soup can be made very quickly from any vegetables and cream. For this, a blender is needed.

Oh, it's a shame your oven isn't working. I would suggest you cook in clay pots. It's quick (quick in the sense that you hardly have to do anything yourself), tasty, and healthy.

35, a wonderful recipe. This is exactly how I usually cook chicken. Each time with a different "bouquet" of spices – it turns out varied and truly wonderfully delicious.

Phoenix, thank you :) It's just that my husband prefers chicken over all other kinds of meat, so I have to cook it in every variation possible :)

I won't claim to have discovered America, but I'll share this nonetheless. You boil the chicken (drumsticks, wings, pieces, even a whole one – it doesn't matter). The key point is that for the first course, you have a broth into which you place pieces of chicken meat, freshly chopped parsley and dill, ground black pepper, and half a boiled egg. But crucially, you must have croutons – bread fried in a pan with vegetable oil and then rubbed with garlic. Oh! How wonderfully simple, tasty, and quick it is (you can even boil the chicken and prepare the broth the day before), and at the same time, it's not heavy on the stomach. Now for the second course: fry the remaining boiled chicken meat in vegetable oil, adding a generous amount of onion and black pepper to taste. For the side dish – whatever you like. But I would prefer mashed potatoes with this chicken and onion on top. Pickled cucumbers, or sauerkraut, or mushrooms... And here, it naturally calls for... That's right! Vodka or whisky! The main thing is that everything should be in moderation – both the food and the vodka. Who needs the pain after overeating or drinking too much alcohol??????? – I think no one. "So, everything is proper and noble..."

Whisky with food? Oh no, sorry, that's simply bad taste at the very least!
Tonight, I'm making chicken strips wrapped in smoked bacon (marinated them in soy sauce with spices for just 20-30 minutes), simple pasta, and a garlic sauce (mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, spices). The sauce is really tasty and goes well with everything, including pasta.
