Has anyone cured …

Has anyone cured colitis?

If you've been cured (got rid of it for good), then how?

Yes. I've sorted out my diet and added physical exercise. And just like that, it's all gone!

It's obvious as day that you need to overhaul your diet and lifestyle.

And have you heard about the doctor? He's the one who can help.

Sedentary individuals are more prone to intestinal atony. Colitis is a disease of the active. And some people are not suited to third or fourth-generation cephalosporins, nor should they be... Well, not all athletes suffer from intestinal tuberculosis, naturally...

Thank you, I've sorted out my diet – the gastritis has cleared up, but not the colitis.(( I've been to the doctors more than once, and they didn't help. And exercise doesn't help either; I do strength training occasionally.

And is it with blood and mucus or just digestive upset?

It seems to be with mucus - that's what the stool test showed.

I haven't had any attacks for probably a year and a half to two years now, and I hope there won't be any more. Only proper nutrition helps me; if I eat regularly and avoid salty, fatty, and spicy foods, everything is fine. But if I overindulge in any of that, an attack might occur.

It is believed that the presence of mucus indicates parasites in the body

There is a condition called ulcerative colitis, where both mucus and blood are present. It's treated with anti-inflammatory drugs, which clear everything up. Parasites have nothing to do with it.

I've cured colitis and for a year now I don't even know what it is. You won't believe how - with hydrogen peroxide, 15-20 drops in a glass of water, three times a day. The peroxide from the pharmacy is 3%, in a small bottle. If you have any doubts, look up Professor Neumyvakin online - he explains it word for word.

As for my symptoms, I only have pain on the left side, gurgling also on the left and somewhere in the rectum, had loose stools a couple of times, otherwise just not well-formed and with mucus. Currently, I have a temperature of 37 and a burning sensation in the sacrum.... I've started a full examination, general tests and biochemistry are normal.

Ulcerative colitis can't be cured, you just manage flare-ups and it goes into remission. I've been treating my flare-up for over six months now, still haven't entered remission. My treatment consists of taking: 2 tablets 4 times a day Mesacol (or Salofalk) 400mg each, and Mesalazol suppositories (or Salofalk) 1 suppository twice daily 500mg. I've been doing this for 7 months now, the blood and mucus disappeared after the first couple days of treatment, but the inflammation persists. I get a rectosigmoidoscopy every two months. Now my treatment has only been reduced by two tablets. Regarding diet: I don't strictly follow one, of course I've cut out fried foods, spices, smoked foods, but I do have a little: milk, chocolate, all vegetables, and I love herring under a fur coat. Find yourself a good gastroenterologist.

Tell me, after using bee pollen did your stool normalise (i.e. became 1-2 times a day, like a healthy person) and did the mucus (if there was any in your stool) go away?

Hello, my mother has ulcerative colitis. I recommend a good remedy! It helps her. Every morning on an empty stomach, drink half a glass of potato juice. It's important to treat with potatoes only until February, two weeks of treatment, two weeks break. And preferably, use red varieties of potatoes. It really helps, heals wounds, stops blood and mucus. It's genuinely better than pills!!!!

Good afternoon!
Has anyone experienced tachycardia with ulcerative colitis?
I couldn't sleep all night due to abdominal cramps and a pulse of 100.
It's still 100 now, just back from the proctologist. He believes the tachycardia is due to anxiety, but I feel it's from intoxication, as I had a temperature of 38.1 and diarrhoea three days ago. He prescribed Ercefuryl, Pasteurisan Forte suppositories, and motherwort.

I have the same situation; I've only just achieved mild remission but had to take a large number of tablets for over a year, and I also had rectosigmoidoscopy every two, and later every three months. Now, in three months, I need to have another colonoscopy.

Dear sufferers, I earnestly urge you not to heed everything written on the internet. Following advice on how to cure illnesses with folk remedies can only worsen your condition significantly. As the young woman above mentioned, ulcerative colitis is a chronic disease that cannot be cured; it can only be managed into remission with medication. Therefore, my advice to you is to seek out a good, experienced gastroenterologist—that is the key to a successful path towards remission. I am currently in remission, albeit a mild one for now, and it took me over a year to achieve it. If anyone needs advice or simply has a question, feel free to write to me at nadezhda5388@mail.ru, and I will respond if possible.

And another piece of advice: do not take the dosages that others are taking. Ulcerative colitis progresses differently in every patient; what works for one person may not suit another. Therefore, a doctor should tailor the treatment individually—only in this way can remission be achieved.

Baking soda with boiling water in the morning and evening + hydrogen peroxide, 10 drops per glass, 2-3 times a day, and everything will be fine, 100%.

For a week and a half, I suffered from bloody diarrhoea with pus. I know it sounds strange, but I was so swamped with work that by the time I dragged myself to the doctor at the Proctology Centre on Goncharny Proezd 6, I was three kilograms lighter and completely drained of energy. I liked the doctor right from the start. He was very lively, immediately began questioning me, examined me, and conducted some tests. In fact, during the very first appointment, he diagnosed me with ulcerative colitis and prescribed treatment. With my schedule, this approach was just perfect. I completed the course (and it helped quickly, by the way). Now I'm planning to see him for a follow-up appointment. So, I can only give a positive review of the proctology centre.

I also have ulcerative colitis and tachycardia, with a pulse of 90-100. This happens both during flare-ups and in remission. It's been 8 years since I fell ill. My heart doesn't get enough vitamins from food, so I take Panangin; it helps but not quickly—usually, after 2 weeks, my pulse is already down to 70.

Britov's vaccine saved me. It boosts the immune system. Now, there are no signs of illness, even though I was sick for a couple of years and the stage was not mild. I recall it with horror and couldn't achieve remission no matter what. Only a strict diet and Salofalk provided slight relief. The moment I broke the diet, it all started again... I hope to forget this nightmare forever!

I've had ulcerative colitis for 8 years now. Ulcers in the sigmoid colon and rectum. Those who suffer from it know what a severe and agonising illness it is, draining both you and your health.
Over these 8 years, I've tried EVERYTHING - from medications like Mesacol, Salofalk suppositories, De-nol, Methyluracil, Mezim, Pancreatin, to Probiotics in huge quantities and all sorts of varieties. I've expelled worms and microbes with Alpha Normix, Intetrix, Pyrantel. I've drunk herbal teas - yarrow and chamomile. Sometimes I've been in remission for half a year to a year. But mostly, it's been flare-ups. I've taken ALL the tests - stool, blood, pancreas, gallbladder, even tests for STIs. NOTHING! Not even herpes. I'm as clean as a fish in the ocean. All tumour markers are normal.
Where did UC come from? It's a mystery. I don't drink, I don't smoke. My neighbour is an alcoholic, always drunk, doesn't work, eats God knows what - he's as healthy as an ox. And here I am, suffering and slowly dying on my proper diet and regimen. What's especially draining is the constant diarrhoea, even when there's almost no blood left. It happens 5-10 times a day. My backside is all red from the perpetual diarrhoea, like a red-arsed macaque... but I'm holding on, fighting, treating it, I want to live! Even though I've lost my job, friends, a normal life, living like a half-person, afraid to leave the house. Cursed disease!

But now to the main point. A week ago, I pinched a Xanax (alprazolam) pill from my sister and took it at night to sleep properly. It turned out it's not a sleeping pill; I didn't feel anything, like a placebo. However, imagine my surprise when in the morning I had a solid bowel movement, just like a healthy person! Believe it or not, check it out. Okay, a week passed, and I had diarrhoea again, flowing like a bottomless bucket. After a week, I decided to take Xanax again at night. Damn, in the morning, NORMAL SOLID STOOL again! I'm shocked... What connection could there be between a tranquilliser and ulcerative colitis? I've read everything about Xanax, but I can't see the link, even if you kill me. And it's not sold over the counter at the pharmacy; it's a tranquilliser, after all. To clarify, I'm not depressed, not desperate, my mind is fine, thank God. Maybe someone smart can explain what the mystery is here? Where are you, doctors, think! Find a treatment for this cursed disease already. And perhaps my experiment will help someone else. I'll keep taking it to figure out this connection fully, but they say one can get hooked on Xanax. So, I'll take it carefully. Until the stool returns to normal. People, I just want to live like this....

Been familiar with UC for about 6 years. Tried everything - both Salofalk and all sorts of suppositories with propolis and without, audio recordings for autoimmune issues, worked with bioenergetic practitioners. Everything only brought temporary relief. Those who know what it's like to have diarrhoea (sorry) 10 or more times a day with blood and mucus, and lose 15kg in a few months, will understand me. But six months ago, I was offered to try Rain cellular nutrition, didn't have high hopes, just thought I'd try it, at best to saturate my body with vitamins etc. BUT within just a few days my bowel movements radically improved, 6 months have passed now. Guys, I've forgotten about UC, I now eat everything, even spicy Thai cuisine. There's plenty of info about Rain online, it was originally invented in the USA for cancer patients but if you're interested in how I take it and where to buy roanto7@gmail.com write to me. Maybe it only helped me, but when you've tried everything, then....

Try hydrogen peroxide; it helps me. I put a teaspoon of peroxide in a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach twice a day. It's unpleasant, but out of desperation, I was willing to try anything. And I felt the results after a week—my back pain went away and my bowel movements improved. Good luck!

Is there anyone here with ulcerative colitis? I've been diagnosed with signs of distal colitis. Has anyone recovered from it? I feel better for a while, but most of the time it's bad. I only go in the mornings, from 1 to 3 times. And on weekends, sometimes I don't go at all or just once. Before, my stomach hurt a lot, and there were false urges, but now it doesn't hurt as much. However, I can't attend classes normally. I'm afraid I'll get expelled. I've taken all the tests I could and got the results; the rest the doctor will tell me in two days when I go to see them. Please help, maybe someone has dealt with this.

A month ago I was diagnosed with pseudomembranous colitis. Slowly, by trial and error, I figured out that salt causes diarrhoea. So now I'm without salt. It's okay. I completed a course of metronidazole and vancomycin. I'm going to add Ayurveda. There are lots of different medicines there that restore the intestines. The doctor recommended Bael and Neem for now. I'll try them and write back.

Hello!! I was treated with Ayurveda, Triphala plus Dashmula really helps, but my child has been given the same diagnosis, I'm worried for the child, Ayurvedic practitioners don't take children, only adults, well in short it helped me and I only completed one course, then the digestion sorted itself out, but no, you need to treat it for a long time!! And I think recovery will happen, although one doctor told me that a strict diet will still have to be maintained plus taking vitamin complexes so that the brain functions normally!!

In September, I wrote that hydrogen peroxide was helping, but not for long. I started reducing the tablets, taking two for a week, then one, and as a result, I'm now writing from the hospital with severe complications, and the damage has spread further. I'll be more cautious with self-medication from now on. I've been ill for a year, diagnosed in March with non-specific ulcerative colitis. It's not all that simple with this wretched disease!
