Pelvic varicose veins

Pelvic varicose veins

Good day everyone. I wanted to ask if anyone has the same problem as me - PELVIC VARICOSE VEINS. After my first birth (I was in labour for 14 hours) this issue popped up, it really complicates life - pain, heaviness in the lower abdomen. I had a second birth, but it was an emergency C-section. The worst thing is that doctors diagnose it but don't offer anything to make life easier, nobody... I've seen loads of doctors. Nobody wants to deal with it. Maybe someone has had or has this problem? How do you live with it and where did you go for help? There's very little info online about this issue, it's hard to find a good affordable phlebologist. Maybe someone takes some medication that makes life easier? Can anyone recommend something? Where should I run to for qualified help?

Detralex was prescribed, but more for the legs. Pelvic varicose veins are also diagnosed, but they don't hurt at all.

Generally, this cannot be cured; damaged veins are removed through various methods.

Prescribed medications are for preventing new issues and relieving pain if present.

As for your issue – I'm not aware, but regarding varicose veins in the legs (I'm a "lucky" owner of them), doctors say almost the same thing – whether you apply creams or not, it hardly helps. I've already had surgery, and physically it's become easier, but aesthetically the problem hasn't been resolved((((

I also have large veins in my bladder, and they said there's no way to treat it...

I was given the same diagnosis about five years ago and told that nothing would really help, except perhaps hirudotherapy, and of course, venotonics could be taken. What kind of pains do you have? For me, the lower abdomen hurts and it radiates to the right side for some reason, but not constantly—it comes and goes. It might pull and shoot several times a day, or it might not bother me for a week or two.

As a preventive measure, avoid lifting heavy objects. Indeed, this condition isn't curable; the goal is to prevent it from worsening.

For about 4-5 years, I experienced pulling pains in the lower abdomen and constant discomfort, while my gynaecologist suspected adhesions. A diagnostic laparoscopy was performed, which revealed varicose veins in the pelvic organs. The varicose veins were removed. Since then, for the past 8 years, I have had no pain at all.

In summary, this condition is treatable and very successfully so.

Did you have the operation privately or not? Is this issue resolved on our own with our own means, or can it be treated through a referral from a doctor based on our registered address??????

I had it done privately, as there were no life- or health-threatening indications; it was simply my desire to finally find out what was causing the pain. I don't think they would perform such an operation with a referral from a doctor based on your registered address, but of course, I can't say for certain...

I am personally acquainted with pelvic organ disorders, having suffered repeatedly from varicose veins, persistent lower abdominal pain, and discomfort during urination. After browsing numerous forums, I discovered the Bubnovsky Centre, which actively addresses these issues without resorting to pills or injections. The essence of Bubnovsky's method lies in activating deep muscle function, restoring blood flow, and establishing diaphragmatic breathing (this is crucial, as proper breathing significantly reduced my pain). The system works, but it's essential to choose the right instructor, perform the exercises correctly, and remember to repeat all exercises at home: joint gymnastics, stretching, and squats. These exercises brought me back to life. Now, I do up to 400 squats every day. Thank you, Sergei Mikhailovich Bubnovsky.

Go to the gynaecologist. Take Flebodia 600 for 20 days, then Antistax for the same duration. These are better than Detralex and Troxevasin. Wear compression tights with pelvic support.

Ladies, do you also experience frequent urination with pelvic varicose veins? Since I also have an overactive bladder, life has become quite unbearable. I've even stopped sleeping at night. Before the varicose veins, the urine volume was small and I could hold it, but now a lot comes out and I just can't hold it in. Can anyone tell me if this is also related to the veins in the urinary system?

I had varicose veins in both legs, underwent surgery, but they returned later. I tried applying various ointments, but nothing helped. Then my legs started swelling and hurting intensely. I came across an offer online for three free procedures to eliminate varicose veins. During the first session, I didn't feel anything, but on the second day, my legs began to hurt less. By the third procedure, I could easily zip up my boots afterwards. In short, I purchased their products and have been using them for five months now; there's almost nothing left of the veins. I'm extremely happy. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at damirova12@list.ru. Their offices are in Moscow and Tver.

Girls, could you share how you were diagnosed apart from laparoscopy? I've also been having pain in the lower abdomen or on the right side for half a year now. I had a laparoscopy where endometriosis was suspected, and they found and cauterized it, but the pain persists. Now I'm in the emergency room, but the pain hasn't gone away, and I'm still constantly running to the toilet.

The Ek-link company has developed the Shuzhibao plaster using Japanese technology, manufactured in China. The plaster is based on herbs known for their ability to draw harmful substances and toxins out of the body through the skin, thereby cleansing the lymph, intercellular spaces, and blood, while blood vessels begin to recover. The treatment cycle lasts 8 days, with the plaster applied to each foot overnight. The product is certified. Interestingly, the plaster also aids in spinal cleansing. My father used the plaster twice for 8-day cycles with a week's break in between and noticed improved flexibility in his back. There are photos showing what is expelled through the skin overnight.

I can provide photos if needed; the company has offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the patch can be sent by courier mail.

Additionally, one possible cause of varicose veins might be the body's accumulation of toxins, where veins start to be displaced by various harmful substances that appear in the intercellular space and lymph. Therefore, the goal is to perform a specific cleansing of the body.

Pelvic MRI with contrast

I had very severe pain, everything all at once—pelvic varicose veins, endometriosis, fibroids, especially acute during my menstrual days. I had my uterus removed via laparoscopy, the veins were detached from it, and blood flow through them was blocked. Now, the pain is infrequent and bearable, and life is manageable compared to what it was. Now I need a vascular surgeon to finally resolve the issue with the veins.

Good afternoon!

I've also encountered this issue. I'll try to briefly share everything I've learned about it. Perhaps it might help someone.

Pelvic venous varicosis is a very insidious condition. Those who have it are terribly unlucky. However, successful treatment depends, in part, on the underlying causes.

If the cause is so-called venous dysplasia and valve incompetence, then your lot is lifelong venotonic medication and lifestyle changes. Surgical treatment is possible, but it won't rid you of the affliction.

However, a fairly common cause of varicosis is stenosis or compression of the major veins—the inferior vena cava, iliac veins, or left renal vein. In that case, the problem can be resolved with stenting or other surgical interventions.

For more details, you can check, for example, here:

http://www.volynka.ru/Articles/Text/123

Regarding diagnosis: it's best to have a CT scan of the pelvic and abdominal veins with contrast right away. This can be done privately, for instance, in Moscow at the Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery: http://ихв.рф/

If pathology in the large vessels is detected, rush to a vascular surgeon. At the Vishnevsky Institute, this is handled by S.V. Sapelkin; at the 1st City Hospital—S.G. Gavrilov. And not just them. There are plenty of surgeons in Moscow. Unfortunately, I can't speak for other cities.

And I also want to draw your attention to one issue. Not everything is easily diagnosable. One such case is described here:

http://forum.irkmama.ru/index.php?topic=6070.0

Be persistent in addressing your problem. No one will help you but yourself. Successful treatment cases do exist in practice.

Good luck!

It's 100% related. I also had an overactive bladder, and only Vesicare was helping, but then this varicose veins started, and now I constantly feel the need to go to the toilet, the urine volume has decreased, and there are spasms after urination.

After the second pregnancy, my left leg hurt from the buttock, and an ultrasound revealed pelvic varicose veins. I bought Detralex, and after the second tablet, the leg stopped hurting. I've been taking it for five days and feel it's starting to bother me again. I also have a cyst on my left ovary and am preparing for surgery.

And I've become the bearer of an ailment called "Varicose deformation of the parametrium." I thought I hadn't cured the inflammation of the tubes, but no, a new affliction has emerged and it hurts. What's more, the pain from these two conditions of mine is identical; I can't tell them apart. About a month ago, I was in the hospital treating bilateral hydrosalpinx, and now this nuisance has been added on top. I have no strength left at all(((( The vascular surgeon prescribed Citro 3 Fort to take for two weeks, I'll finish soon, but the pain has returned. The most annoying part is that I can't figure out what's causing the pain. After all, the pain from inflammation and pelvic varicose veins is the same for me—aching and radiating to the lower back. It's been hurting for five days in a row now((( If anyone has experienced this, please share your experience.

I have been suffering from pelvic varicose veins for 10 years, but I was only diagnosed two years ago. I've tried all sorts of treatments. I also have varicose veins in my legs. I frequently run to the toilet, experiencing severe pain in the uterus and ovaries. Recently, I saw a phlebologist who recommended the same old Detralex, but combined with liposuction shorts!!! These are recent experiments that have shown very good results. I've already ordered the shorts. Now I'm waiting for the order and will give it a try. I'm really hoping for good results.

Two days ago, a gynaecologist diagnosed me with varicose veins in my left ovary. I am experiencing a dull ache in my lower back. I would like to know the implications of such a diagnosis. Is it possible to get pregnant with this condition?

Detralex is a very good medication, but I take it for varicose veins in my legs; the pain has completely gone, there's even a feeling of lightness in my legs, and I get less tired. It was prescribed to me at a regular municipal clinic. It's quite strange that nothing has been prescribed for you, because in any case, the treatment and dosage should be determined by a specialist.

Tell me, are your varicose vein pains similar to the pains and burning sensations of cystitis? I work in a shop, frequently bending over the refrigerator display, and cystitis has appeared. I've only been taking antibiotics for five days, and it's not going away... While at home, it seems better, but as soon as I go to work, that's it, it's a disaster, everything comes back immediately... I read that if cystitis doesn't clear up by the 3rd or 4th day, you should only see a doctor, but I don't have a local registration...

For cystitis, take a single dose of Monural 3g, followed by Canephron for 10-14 days.

For my chronic cystitis, the urologist prescribed Solidago Compositum injections, and I had the first one today. I need to have one injection daily for 10 days. Additionally, there are Populus drops from the same company "Heel," the antibiotic Amoxiclav, and Polyoxidonium suppositories to boost immunity. However, it's better to start with a urine culture for antibiotic sensitivity to save both time and money.

Hello)) I've been suffering like this for 2 years too.. gynaecologists send me to urologists.. urologists send me back to gynaecologists.. Last time I had an MRI and they found dilated veins in the pelvic organs.. constant pain.. some doctors told me I have a problem with my head, not my lower abdomen.. I ended up seeing a vascular surgeon.. they prescribed DETRALEX.. it's become much easier. Now I'm preparing for surgery.. these problematic veins are supposed to send blood upwards, not downwards.

You need to have an MRI of your pelvic organs. That's how they make the diagnosis. They might also suggest an MRI of the pelvic organ vessels with contrast.

Good evening, everyone! I live in Ulan-Ude. I was accidentally diagnosed with pelvic varicose veins when I had an ultrasound for varicose veins in my legs. That is, I was diagnosed with varicose veins after having the ultrasound. I was prescribed Detralex and Antistax (to take together for 3 months) and scheduled for surgical treatment. I know for sure that varicose veins are treated in Irkutsk, at the phlebology centre. Here in our city, they perform radiofrequency ablation of the lower limb veins, which is also part of my plan. After two months of taking these medications, I noticed a significant improvement. If you have any questions, you can find me on Odnoklassniki as Elena Aleksandrovna Shatokhina. I'm in the same situation myself, so I want to support you too.

Hello everyone! I've been dealing with the same issue of uterine varicose veins for about five years since I was diagnosed, after giving birth to my second child. However, the doctor didn't prescribe anything, and I didn't pay much attention to it either because there were no pains or concerns. Everything started two years later when I had my third child. I experienced terrible pulling pains in the lower abdomen, my lower back was aching so much that I couldn't stand or walk, and even lying down didn't bring relief. On top of that, I started having bloody discharge. I went to a gynaecologist, who prescribed Phlebodia 600 and told me to take it for three months. I felt much better. But I started looking up information online and decided to consult a phlebologist specialist for more detailed advice because, in reality, gynaecologists don't handle this problem. And what I found out is that we don't have such specialists here. Unfortunately!!! I live in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. My gynaecologist advised me to just take Phlebodia periodically and that's it, avoid lifting any heavy objects at all, do exercises, and watch my diet, and that's ALL.... She told me that no one here can help, meaning the doctors can't, that it's pointless. So, I take this Phlebodia periodically—three months on, then a break, and again. I still get pains in the lower abdomen, constant discomfort, frequent urination (though without pain, it's still annoying), frequent leg cramps, and pain during intimacy with my husband. I also want to have another child, which unfortunately becomes problematic. Probably, my message won't be of any use to anyone, alas 😔😔. But I'm glad that someone has managed to recover from this condition.

Well, I disagree! Nothing better than Detralex has been invented yet, no matter how many alternatives I've taken, I've never had such an effect. I also had veins pop out after childbirth, but I've got it in the family (mum, grandma), it hasn't reached varicose veins yet, but the veins became visible and spider veins appeared. I take Detralex in courses, I want to keep my legs free from varicose veins.

Even though I'm a guy, I've also got pelvic varicose veins. Please tell me where you got examined, who you saw or who performed the operation. You see, it's really hard to find such specialists. Or just give me your email or Skype. You'd really help me out with more detailed information.
