Good day everyone. I wanted to ask if anyone has the same problem as me - PELVIC VEIN VARICOSE VEINS. After my first birth (I was in labor for 14 hours), this problem appeared, it really complicates life - pain, heaviness in the lower abdomen. I had a second birth, but it was an emergency C-section. The worst thing is that doctors diagnose it but don't offer anything to make life easier, nobody... I've seen many doctors. Nobody wants to deal with this. Maybe someone has or had this problem? How do you live with it and where did you go for help? There's very little information online about this issue, it's hard to find a good affordable phlebologist. Maybe someone takes some medications that make life easier? Can you recommend something? Where should I go for qualified help?
Detralex was prescribed, but more for the legs. Pelvic varicose veins were also diagnosed, but they don't hurt at all.

Generally, this is not curable; damaged veins are removed through various methods.
The prescribed medications are for preventing new issues and relieving pain if present.

Regarding your issue – I'm not aware, but as for varicose veins in the legs (I'm a "lucky" owner of them), doctors say almost the same thing – whether you apply creams or not, it doesn't help much. I've already had surgery, and physically it's gotten better, but aesthetically the problem hasn't been resolved((((
I also have large veins in my bladder, and they said there's no way to treat it...

I was also diagnosed with that about five years ago and was told that nothing would really help, except maybe hirudotherapy, and of course, venotonics could be taken. What kind of pain do you have? For me, the lower abdomen hurts and it radiates to the right side for some reason, but not constantly—it comes and goes. It might pull and shoot several times a day, or it might not bother me for a week or two.

As a preventive measure, avoid lifting heavy objects. Indeed, this condition isn't curable; the goal is to prevent it from worsening.

For about 4-5 years, I had persistent pulling pains in my lower abdomen and constant discomfort, while my gynecologist suspected adhesions. I underwent diagnostic laparoscopy, which revealed pelvic venous congestion. The varicose veins were removed. Since then, for the past 8 years, I have had no pain.
In summary—this condition is treatable and quite successfully so.
Did you have the surgery paid for or not? Does this issue resolve on its own with our own means, or can it be treated with a referral from a doctor based on our place of residence??????

I had it done privately because there were no life- or health-threatening indications; it was just my desire to finally find out what was causing the pain. I think they wouldn't perform such surgery with a referral from a doctor based on one's registered address, but of course, I can't say for sure...

I am personally familiar with pelvic organ disorders, as I have repeatedly suffered from varicose veins, constant lower abdominal pain, and discomfort during urination. After browsing numerous forums, I learned about the Bubnovsky Center, which actively addresses these issues without pills or injections. The essence of Bubnovsky's method is activating deep muscle function, restoring blood flow, and establishing diaphragmatic breathing (this is crucial, as proper breathing reduced my pain). The system works—just make sure to choose the right instructor, perform the exercises correctly, and remember to repeat all exercises at home: joint gymnastics, stretching, and squats. These exercises brought me back to life. Now I do up to 400 squats every day. Thank you, Sergei Mikhailovich Bubnovsky.

Go to the gynecologist. Take Flebodia 600 for 20 days, then Antistax for the same duration. Better than Detralex and Troxevasin. Wear compression tights with pelvic support.

Girls, do you also experience frequent urination with pelvic varicose veins? Since I also have an overactive bladder, life has become unbearable. I've even stopped sleeping at night. Before the varicose veins, the urine volume was small and I could hold it, but now a lot comes out and I can't hold it in anymore. Can anyone tell me if this is also related to the veins in the urinary system?

I had varicose veins in both legs, underwent surgery, but they returned later. I applied various ointments, but nothing helped. Then my legs started swelling and hurting severely. I came across an offer online for three free procedures to eliminate varicose veins. During the first procedure, I didn't feel anything. On the second day, when I went for the procedure, my legs stopped hurting a bit. By the third procedure, I could easily zip up my boots afterward. In short, I bought their products and have been using them for five months now; there's almost nothing left of the veins. I'm very happy. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at damirova12@list.ru. Their offices are in Moscow and Tver.

Girls, tell me how you were diagnosed besides laparoscopy. I've also had pain in the lower abdomen or on the right side for half a year. I had a laparoscopy where they suspected endometriosis, found it, and cauterized it, but the pain is still there. Now I'm in the hospital, but the pain hasn't gone away, and I'm still constantly running to the bathroom.

The Ek-link company has developed the Shuzhibao patch using Japanese technology, manufactured in China. The patch is based on herbs known for their ability to draw harmful substances and toxins from the body through the skin, thereby cleansing the lymph, intercellular space, and blood, and aiding in the restoration of blood vessels. The treatment cycle lasts 8 days, with the patch applied to each foot overnight. The product is certified. Interestingly, the patch also helps cleanse the spine. My father used the patch twice for 8-day cycles with a week's break in between and noticed improved flexibility in his back. There are photos showing what is expelled through the skin overnight.
I can provide photos if needed. The company has offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the patch can be sent by courier mail.
Additionally, one possible cause of varicose veins might be the body's accumulation of toxins, where veins start to be displaced by various harmful substances that appear in the intercellular space and lymph. Therefore, the goal is to perform a specific cleansing of the body.

I had very severe pain, everything all at once—pelvic varicose veins, endometriosis, fibroids, especially sharp during my period. I had my uterus removed via laparoscopy, the veins were detached from it, and blood flow through them was blocked. Now, the pain is infrequent and bearable, and life is manageable compared to what it was. Now I need a vascular surgeon to finally resolve the issue with the veins.

It can be treated at the Department of Operative Gynecology and General Surgery in the Scientific Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology.
I've also encountered this issue. I'll try to briefly share everything I've learned about it. Perhaps it will help someone.
Pelvic venous varicosity is a very insidious disease. Those who have it are terribly unlucky. However, successful treatment depends, in part, on the causes of its origin.
If the cause is so-called venous dysplasia and valve incompetence, then your lot is lifelong use of venotonics and lifestyle changes. Surgical treatment is possible, but it won't rid you of the affliction.
However, a fairly common cause of varicose veins is stenosis or compression of the main veins—the inferior vena cava, iliac veins, or left renal vein. In that case, the problem can be resolved with stenting or another surgical intervention.
Details can be found, for example, here:
http://www.volynka.ru/Articles/Text/123
Regarding diagnosis: it's best to immediately have a CT scan of the pelvic and abdominal veins with contrast. This can be done for a fee, for instance, in Moscow at the Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery: http://ихв.рф/
If pathology of the major vessels is detected—rush to a vascular surgeon. At the Vishnevsky Institute, this is handled by S.V. Sapelkin; at the 1st City Hospital—by S.G. Gavrilov. And not just them. There are plenty of surgeons in Moscow. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about other cities.
And I also want to draw your attention to one issue. Not everything is so easily diagnosable. One such case is described here:
http://forum.irkmama.ru/index.php?topic=6070.0
Be persistent in solving your problem. No one will help you but yourselves. Successful treatment cases do exist in practice.
Good luck!

After the second pregnancy, my left leg hurt from the buttock down. An ultrasound revealed pelvic varicose veins. I bought Detralex, and after the second pill, the leg pain stopped. I've been taking it for five days and feel it's starting to bother me again. I also have a cyst on my left ovary and am preparing for surgery.

And I became the owner of an ailment called "Varicose deformation of the parametrium." I thought I hadn't cured the inflammation of the tubes, but no, a new pain started hurting. Moreover, the pains from these two ailments of mine are the same; I can't tell them apart. About a month ago, I was in the hospital treating bilateral hydrosalpinx, and now this nasty thing has been added on top. I have no strength left at all(((( The vascular surgeon prescribed taking Citro 3 Fort for two weeks, I'll finish soon, but the pains have returned. The most annoying thing is that I can't figure out what's causing the pain. After all, the pains from inflammation and pelvic varicose veins are the same for me—aching, radiating to the lower back. It's been hurting for the fifth day in a row now(((( If anyone has experienced this, please share your experience.

I have been suffering from pelvic varicose veins for 10 years now, but I was only diagnosed two years ago. I've tried all sorts of treatments. I also have varicose veins in my legs. I frequently run to the bathroom, and I experience severe pain in the area of my uterus and ovaries. Recently, I saw a phlebologist who recommended the same old Detralex, but combined with liposuction shorts!!! These are recent experiments that have shown very good results. I've already ordered the shorts. Now I'm waiting for the order and will give it a try. I'm really hoping for good results.

Two days ago, a gynecologist diagnosed me with varicose veins in my left ovary. I'm experiencing aching pain in my lower back. I'd like to know what this diagnosis entails. Is it possible to get pregnant with this condition?

Detralex is a very good medication, but I take it for varicose veins in my legs, and the pain has completely disappeared; I even feel lightness in my legs and get less tired. It was prescribed to me at a regular municipal clinic. It's really strange that nothing has been prescribed for you, because in any case, treatment and dosage should be determined by a specialist.

Tell me, are your varicose vein pains similar to the pains and burning sensations of cystitis? I work in a store, frequently bending over the refrigerator display case, and I developed cystitis. I think it's only been 5 days since I started taking antibiotics, but it's not going away... When I'm at home, it seems better, but as soon as I go to work, that's it, it's a disaster, everything comes back immediately... I read that if cystitis doesn't go away by the 3rd or 4th day, you should only see a doctor, but I don't have a registration....
For cystitis, take a single dose of Monural 3g, followed by Canephron for 10-14 days.

For my chronic cystitis, the urologist prescribed Solidago Compositum injections, and I had the first one today. I need to get one injection daily for 10 days. Also, there are Populus drops from the same company "Heel," the antibiotic Amoxiclav, and Polyoxidonium suppositories to boost immunity. But it's better to start with a urine culture for antibiotic sensitivity to save both time and money.

Hello)) I've been suffering like this for 2 years too.. gynecologists send me to urologists.. urologists send me to gynecologists.. Last time I had an MRI and they found dilated veins in the pelvic organs.. constant pain.. some doctors told me that my problem is in my head, not in my lower abdomen.. I ended up seeing a vascular surgeon.. they prescribed DETRALEX.. it got much better. Now I'm preparing for surgery.. these problematic veins are supposed to send blood upward, not downward.

You need to get an MRI of the pelvic organs. After that, they make the diagnosis. They might also suggest an MRI of the pelvic organ vessels with contrast.

Good evening, everyone! I live in Ulan-Ude. I was accidentally diagnosed with pelvic varicose veins during an ultrasound for varicose veins in my legs. That is, I received a diagnosis of varicose veins after having an ultrasound. I was prescribed Detralex and Antistax (to take together for 3 months) and surgical treatment is planned. I know for sure that varicose veins are treated in Irkutsk, at the phlebology center. In our city, they perform radiofrequency ablation of the lower extremity veins, which is also part of my plan. After two months of taking these medications, I noticed significant improvement. If you have any questions, you can find me on Odnoklassniki as Elena Aleksandrovna Shatokhina. I'm in the same situation, so I want to support you too.

Hello everyone! I have the same issue with uterine varicose veins; it's been about 5 years since I was diagnosed, right after I gave birth to my second child. But the doctor didn't prescribe anything, and I didn't pay much attention to it either because there was no pain or discomfort. Everything started two years later when I had my third child. I experienced terrible pulling pains in my lower abdomen, my lower back was aching so badly that I couldn't stand or walk, and even lying down didn't bring relief. On top of that, I started having bloody discharge. I went to a gynecologist, who prescribed Flebodia 600 and told me to take it for 3 months. I felt much better. But I started looking up information online and decided to consult a phlebologist specialist for more detailed information because, in reality, gynecologists don't deal with this issue. And what I found out is that there are no such specialists here. Unfortunately!!! I live in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. My gynecologist advised me to just take Flebodia periodically and that's it, avoid lifting any heavy objects at all, do exercises, and watch my diet, and that's ALL.... She told me no one here can help, meaning the doctors can't, that it's pointless. So, I take this Flebodia periodically—three months on, then a break, and again. I still have pains in my lower abdomen, constant discomfort, frequent urination (though without pain, it's still annoying), frequent leg cramps, and pain during intimacy with my husband. I also want to have another child, which unfortunately becomes problematic. Probably, my message won't be of any use to anyone, alas 😔😔. But I'm glad that someone has managed to recover from this condition.

Well, I disagree! Nothing better than Detralex has been invented yet, no matter how many generics I've taken, none had the same effect. I also got veins popping out after childbirth, but I have it in my genes (mom, grandma), it hasn't reached varicose veins yet, but the veins became visible and spider veins appeared. I take Detralex in courses, I want to keep my legs free from varicose veins.
