I'm in my fourth week of pregnancy. Absolutely no discomfort, pain, morning sickness - basically I've been feeling fantastic this whole time. Yesterday on my panties (sorry for the details) I found a pretty large brown stain, like blood had come out but not red, darker. And today there's just a little bit of brownish discharge. I called two doctors. One said it's a miscarriage by all signs, and the other prescribed No-Spa in injections and pills, and papaverine suppositories at night, and said it might just be some detachment. Told me to get an ultrasound and see her on Wednesday since she's away for now. I'm already completely stressed out and will go crazy by Wednesday. Girls, who had such symptoms, what was it?!?!?!
Call an ambulance and get to the hospital by any means necessary—this can happen in early pregnancy and often ends without consequences, but in my case, for example, it ended in a miscarriage. At first, nothing hurt either.

It was the same with me. I was at home for 2 days. Nothing happened.

Call an ambulance! What Wednesday?! Until Wednesday, even if it's a threat, a detachment, or just because—so much can happen! CALL AN AMBULANCE! How can someone be so irresponsible?! And by the way, the doctor who said to wait until Wednesday—you'd better forget about her right away!

That happened to me too. It was nothing serious—I stayed in the hospital for a week, they did an ultrasound right there, and then discharged me. Forget about suppositories or injections; get to the hospital immediately and let them monitor you there.

This topic won't give you any answers because for some people with your symptoms everything turned out fine, while for others it ended in miscarriage. Only God knows how it will be for you... To avoid blaming yourself later, take this seriously—go to the hospital. And most importantly—rest and stay calm!!

Mine turned out to be a missed miscarriage. I had the same brown blood. Rushed to the doctor. They did an ultrasound and it was confirmed as a missed miscarriage.
Take the Duphaston tablet orally and call an ambulance. I also had a missed miscarriage discovered, but before the ultrasound, the doctor said it could be a threatened miscarriage and there's a high chance of saving it.

I was spotting for 2 days, then it poured! A miscarriage in progress(( That's why an ambulance should be called immediately and not wait!

I had that happen to me, which is why I missed the pregnancy.
I had the same thing at 7 weeks, went to the hospital and they admitted me right away—it was a detachment. If I had waited a little longer, a miscarriage could have happened. But I stayed for a bit, got treated, and now my little son is almost 9 months old. Call an ambulance, no discussions, if you really want the baby! And you should change doctors, as someone already advised you!

I had bleeding for the first time at 5 weeks and again at 7 weeks. I was on bed rest until 17 weeks, taking Utrogestan and Dexamethasone. There was a chorionic detachment, but after the treatment, everything reattached as it should.

I had the same spotting at 6 weeks too... but it turned out the fetus had stopped developing at 4 weeks... I passed it at home later... no D&C was needed (follow-up ultrasound). Let me know how things go... I'll check back on this thread. Wishing you that everything turns out okay.. !!

At 6 weeks, I also found blood on my underwear. I was hospitalized for bed rest and took Duphaston, and I'll be giving birth soon.

At 8-9 weeks, I had some spotting, but it was just a burst blood vessel because I coughed really hard. There was no detachment or hematoma on the ultrasound. I gave myself a progesterone shot in the butt and some Dicynone while waiting for the ambulance. I spent a couple of days in the hospital where they didn't do anything except give me one extra shot of Dicynone, and then I went home. So don't worry, author, everything will be fine.

I had the same thing happen; I wasn't drinking anything, went to the doctor, and they said everything was fine and that it can happen. The main thing is not to worry.

At 5 weeks, I had the same thing—went to the doctor, and she immediately called an ambulance right at the clinic. I was hospitalized for a week, given No-Spa injections and something to stop the bleeding... two injections twice a day. Now I'm in my 8th month... seems like nothing serious, but if I were you, I'd call an ambulance just in case. I saw the same thing on my underwear too.

I had the same thing, get an ultrasound. If there's a heartbeat, it's worth fighting for—Duphaston, papaverine suppositories. It could be a detachment that might reattach, or it could be a missed miscarriage or miscarriage.

Call an ambulance immediately, and most importantly, believe in the best. They will do an ultrasound to check if the fetus is alive. When I was 6 weeks pregnant, I was hospitalized with severe abdominal pain. After a week, I was discharged, went back to work for a week, and then started bleeding a little. I called an ambulance, stayed in the hospital for another week, was given No-Spa, and took Duphaston until the 17th week. Now I'm halfway through the pregnancy, had an ultrasound yesterday, and they said everything is fine!

I had brown spotting twice early in my pregnancy. The doctor increased my dose of Duphaston, and it helped. I'm now in my 24th week.

I had light spotting twice during my early pregnancy. The first time, I immediately went to the hospital for monitoring (even though the discharge was light brown), and the second time—when it was brown—I didn't wait and went straight to the hospital. Better chances of keeping the pregnancy that way.

I'm in a rather complicated situation... My last period was on January 18th. On January 21st, I breastfed my son for the last time... He's now 2 years and 2 months old. Everything was fine until March 12th. I took tests at the end of February... negative... then a week ago, there was a faint second line, so I thought I was pregnant and nothing was bothering me, so I decided not to go for an ultrasound yet. Because when I was pregnant with my son, I had ultrasounds frequently and everything. He was a long-awaited, wanted child, and I was very scared. And then yesterday, bleeding started—fresh, bright red blood... it lasted from 5 p.m. to midnight... not too heavy, though. My doctor is sick, so I went for a vaginal ultrasound at a private clinic. I thought I was already in my 8th week, but the ultrasound showed a 3-4 week pregnancy. There's a collection of blood in the uterus, and they told me to come back in 7 days to rule out a non-developing pregnancy, considering the discrepancy with the last period date and yesterday's bleeding, which, by the way, has completely stopped today—not a drop. My husband suggests having an abortion, saying that even if it's developing, something went wrong... since there was bleeding, what should I do? I don't want to; I'm against abortions, especially since I already want a second child.
Tell me what to do if the ultrasound doesn't show a fetus but the tests are positive, and after the ultrasound, bleeding started, and the doctors say it's my period.

I had the same thing, the doctor told me to take No-Spa and insert papaverine. And that at such an early stage (4 weeks), nothing more could be done. In the end, I had a miscarriage. But here they're saying that at such early stages, they already admit you to the hospital to prevent miscarriage! Where's the truth, girls???

Dear ladies,
Please tell me what to do. My period was from March 25th to 29th. I took two tests - both showed pregnancy. On May 2nd, bleeding started, and I don't know how long it will last. I really want to keep it. But could it not be pregnancy?

So how did it all end? I'm currently going through the same mess, lying in the hospital for bed rest. The doctor told me not to build up any illusions because the bleeding hasn't stopped, so it's all bad. Just waiting for tomorrow's ultrasound, which will tell whether there's a heartbeat or not.
One hospital says to go on bed rest, while another says there are no grounds for hospitalization... They're looking at the same ultrasound...
But there seems to be some detachment(( Is sexual abstinence mandatory now???

I have exactly the same discharge. 5 weeks. The ultrasound showed a detachment of the gestational sac, but it's very small. Now I'm in the hospital, getting various tests done. I'm taking valerian, Duphaston, and magnesium B6. I'm using suppositories to maintain the pregnancy. They're injecting Dicynone and a pregnancy hormone (I don't remember the name). At night, my lower abdomen hurt a lot, so they prescribed No-Spa as a suppository too. I don't know if it would be better for me at home, but it's somehow calmer here. I'm waiting for the test results and really want to keep the pregnancy.

I've been diagnosed with infertility by my doctor for a year now. I gave up on her and went to another one. Based on ultrasounds and various tests, she said everything is fine with me, but my egg just doesn't grow to the necessary size, and she prescribed "Cyclodynon." A month later, I got pregnant. I'm now 5-6 weeks along. Tonight, I went to the bathroom and noticed pink traces of blood on the tissue. I took No-Spa. There haven't been any more discharges since. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but I'm really scared. Tomorrow is New Year's, and the doctors will be drinking. Because of New Year's last year, my friend lost her baby while on bed rest.

So it started with me too, first I noticed a small amount of blood. The next day, I went to the doctor, who prescribed suppositories, magnesium, and Utrogestan. On the third day, my nerves couldn't take it anymore (the bleeding hadn't stopped), and I called an ambulance. The doctors disagree—one says we should try to save it, the other is hesitant. So for now, I'm lying down. And today is New Year's Day..

To maintain a pregnancy with any bleeding, you need to take Duphaston or Utrogestan. Thanks to them, I have three children, and it all started with spotting and bleeding.

I had the EXACT same situation: 6 weeks with no pain, then bleeding, and... a miscarriage.
Hi everyone! I have this problem: I'm already 9 days late, took a test and it came back negative, had an ultrasound and they didn't tell me anything definite either. They said it's like the gestational sac hasn't started forming yet, so basically they don't know anything for sure themselves. Today is February 10th, and I started having some bleeding. What could this be? There's very little blood; my mom thinks it's my period, but could it be a miscarriage?

I have this situation: I gave birth to a son in September 2010. Then my periods resumed in November; they came in November, December, and January. But in February, there was a 7-day delay—I thought I might have gotten pregnant a second time (I had a lot of lower back pain, frequent urination, headaches, and fatigue). On the 8th day, my husband and I had sex, and I started bleeding, with a lot of pain in my lower abdomen. At first, it was just a little, but the next day it was heavy. I haven't gone to the doctor yet; I'm at home wondering what this could be. Could I have been pregnant? My periods have always been on time. Please advise.

The doctors gave a timeframe of 3-4 weeks, and this morning, bleeding started((( At first just drops, now it's heavier. I rushed to my doctor this morning, and they immediately gave me a high dose of Duphaston, prescribed suppositories, and complete rest. So I've been lying down all day, afraid to move a muscle!!!! I really want to keep the baby!!! Do you think it's possible?

I also had a miscarriage... I was 5-6 weeks pregnant. On Friday evening, I got really stressed, and on Saturday, I found a drop of brown blood on my pad, like a smear... and that was it. I called my sister and all my friends who had given birth—they kind of calmed me down... On Sunday, there was light spotting again, just a tiny bit, and by Monday, when I went to the hospital to try to save the pregnancy, there was almost no chance left. After the examination at the hospital, it was like a faucet turned on... In the end, it was a miscarriage. Now, half a year has passed, I just finished taking birth control pills, and my husband and I are trying again—I hope it works out this time. From now on, I’ll call an ambulance right away!

It could have been a so-called "biochemical" pregnancy.

And I had bleeding at 7 weeks, it started at night, I felt really bad, although now I understand I didn't lose that much blood, no clots came out. They immediately gave me an IV and did a D&C... Now I'm wondering if the pregnancy could have been saved. At 22, no one explained anything to me, and I was a fool myself. And now nothing's working out, damn it.

In the end, everything turned out fine for us! My daughter is already 7 months old and brings joy every day. She's already pulling herself up to stand with support. Back then, I spent 3 weeks in the hospital for monitoring and was discharged while still bleeding. It continued to spot for another 2 weeks... I was incredibly stressed at the time. Overall, the pregnancy went normally. The only thing that bothered me was the abnormally hot summer. So my advice is to see a doctor immediately, without waiting a single minute.

Hi! Natalia, can you tell me how many weeks in total you had bleeding? I'm in a confusing situation: 6 weeks pregnant, and for 3 weeks now, I've been having light brownish-reddish spotting. I'm in the hospital for monitoring, and the doctor says everything looks fine on the ultrasound, no detachment is visible, but they can't find the cause of the discharge either. I'm wondering if there's a chance for a positive outcome...

I don't remember exactly, around 4 weeks. And the first week was like a period. During that time, I met several mothers who faced a similar situation, and they all gave birth successfully. It's definitely scary, but that's what medicine is for, so we don't self-treat. One piece of advice - go to the doctor and don't listen to anyone else!

You know, it varies for everyone with discharge. For some, it's just blood vessels acting up and there's a little bleeding, while for others, it's more serious. You need to get an ultrasound done by an experienced specialist; then everything will become clear right away.

Hi, I had severe pain, and the next day there was spotting, and the following day it felt like contractions with intense pain, and I had a miscarriage... Three months later, I got pregnant again, and at 7-8 weeks, I had a missed miscarriage... The doctors can't tell us anything... Only God knows what's happening to us and why it's like this. Now another three months have passed, and I don't know what will happen next....

Stranger, you should see an experienced doctor, and if possible, a geneticist as well, undergo an examination, and then proceed with pregnancy with peace of mind, so as not to take risks or stress out every time.
