Why call her? It's quite possible it's just a delay due to stress.

And four days isn't a long time. I'm also four days late right now, sitting here calmly and waiting...

Why call for it? The body is already under stress from the exam, and you're thinking of interfering with medication... or herbs... Four days is not a delay. Such a reaction from the body, especially a young one, is quite normal.

Take, for example, the girl I shared a flat with during my student days—she had a real issue with this: she was extremely thin and smoked heavily. It was awful. She would go without periods for half a year, and once, a doctor even prescribed her some injection to induce them...

Everyone has their own physiology; why did you decide to measure everyone by your own body...

Try an infusion of onion skins or the herb elecampane, just don't overdo it.

Where did you gather this statistics from? Malfunctions due to stress, weather, colds, etc. etc. - are far from uncommon...
#11
Well, that's a novelty...

I haven't had them for 5 years

I'm 18

After losing weight. So there.

Well, not many people have such a weak constitution

Oh, dear author! It would be one thing if it had been a month, but you've only been taking the infusion for four days, and already two days in, you're at it—it doesn't take long to wreck your body with herbs.

Soak in a hot bath for about an hour; I might have delays, but a bath always helps.

It's not a weak constitution, it's an INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTIC! I, for one, have a strong, resilient body that conceives easily and carries pregnancies normally, but delays can occur due to stress or changes in climate.

Today, I heated it for about 15 minutes and sat in it...

If I were in your place, I would have rushed to the doctor ages ago, dropping my slippers in the process...

It's "sitting," it's a bit early for you to be turning grey.

A bay leaf decoction, but don't overdo it as it may cause bleeding.

I haven't had my period for ... months. The doctor prescribed: progesterone 2.5%, 1 ampoule intramuscularly once a day for 3 days. After the injections, it came on the 3rd–4th day)))). Withdrawal effect. But this didn't solve the problem of hormonal imbalance or "chaos". A thorough examination is needed. If you want to become a mum!!!

I also drank onion peel infusion. It helps, but it's absolutely vile stuff.

Girls, I had a 12-day delay. I tried everything under the sun: drank onion peel infusion, ate parsley, and took ascorbic acid. Nothing worked. Then I read that lemon might help. I ate a lemon with sugar in the evening, and by morning, it arrived! Just like that.

For those who can be bothered to read! :)

Backstory. I had a two-month delay. Went to the doctor, got tests done, had an ultrasound—no abnormalities. They prescribed Duphaston (for 5 days, twice a day) + vitamin E.

Well, I'm an impressionable young lady, and after reading loads of negativity on various forums, I decided to "induce" my period without hormonal medication.

I followed every possible piece of advice:

1) Lying in a hot bath drinking wine—zero effect.

2) Doing sit-ups, running—zero effect.

3) Parsley infusion (ate it and drank it)—zero effect.

4) Onion skin infusion—zero effect.

5) Vitamin E—zero effect.

6) Chamomile infusion—zero effect.

7) Active sex—pleasant, but zero effect.

Nothing helped!!! And I had a holiday coming up in 14 days (thinking maybe the change in climate would kickstart things). I decided to take Duphaston, took it for 5 days. And two days after finishing—my period arrived!

Conclusion. Read forums less, listen to your doctor more. Everyone's body is different!!! But the "old wives' tales" didn't help me, though they gave me something to laugh about :))))

Steaming the tummy, lower back, and sides in the sauna is very beneficial.

I'm even curious now, what kind of education do both of you have that gives you such distant notions about female physiology?

Menstruation may not occur due to a CYST, and using a sauna is suicidal.

Drink the decoction of "Borovaya Matka" (Uterus Herb) + "Krasnaya Shchetka" (Red Brush) (these are herbs). I recommend drinking them together but brewing them separately. The effect is remarkable! I advise all women to try it; it can extend your "red days" for many years! You need to drink it consistently. Read all about these herbs online, and you'll be amazed by their properties. It has been tested on many people.

Hello, I am 13 years old. My last period was on September 9th. I still haven’t had one since. I haven’t lost weight, and I am a virgin. I’m afraid to go to the doctor—can you help?

Hi girls! So, at the end of August, I stopped taking Microgynon (I had been taking it for 2 years). In September, my period came on time, everything was fine. Now, I have a 4-day delay. I know it's not much, but still... My stomach has been aching and cramping since around day 1, when they were supposed to start... I'm waiting, my stomach hurts, I'm suffering and worrying...

I have the same problem. My period is always 10 days late, but this time... I don't have any major gynaecological issues, and I'm not pregnant... but I'm scared. The doctor prescribed progesterone injections, three doses, but those are hormones, and I don't want to take them, especially since they cause significant weight gain. So, I'm going to try drinking elecampane instead. If it works, I'll let you know.

I was there on the 10th of September, but in October I wasn't 16 yet, what should I do?
Елена

Girls, take Aevit, it's just vitamins, they're inexpensive, one capsule a day for at least two weeks. It helped me, I'm off to get some myself now. Elecampane is a nasty thing, rarely.

Now I'm 18, in October I had a 5-day delay, and today seems to be the second day. I'm a virgin, and the doctor says everything is fine. In the summer, I had an ultrasound done. The first time was around the middle of my cycle, and it showed a cyst, then as required, I had another on the 5th day of my cycle, and they didn't see any cyst. But these delays started after I helped install a shower cabin; first, there was bleeding for 3 days, and then these stupid delays began. Does anyone know anything? Please advise.

How do you know you're an average organism, maybe you're actually at the extreme end of the normal range?

Don't worry, your cycle probably hasn't established itself yet, that can happen. It usually normalises over a few years, and even then it's not guaranteed, so your body is just adjusting...

It's not about the constitution. It's just that some people's gonadal hormones are more sensitive to changes in the body and react quickly. Others require a very strong stimulus for them to realise it's time to act (I suppose, like in your case). There are pros and cons to each. If the glands are indeed sensitive, they won't struggle to perform their function at the right moment and adapt swiftly to new conditions (e.g., pregnancy), whereas less sensitive glands might not do so immediately and continue operating at their usual pace... So, the physiology here isn't about being feeble in the body. Under certain circumstances, your body could prove to be much weaker.

Your cycle is still establishing itself, there's no need to worry. Let your body sort things out on its own.
