Why bother calling her? It's quite possible the delay is due to stress.

And four days isn't a long time. I'm currently four days late myself, just sitting here calmly waiting...

Why call her? The body is already under stress from the exam, and you want to interfere with medication... or herbs... Four days is not a deadline. Such a reaction from the body, especially a young one, is quite normal.

Take the girl I shared an apartment with during my student years—she had a real issue with this: she was extremely thin and smoked packs of cigarettes. It was awful. She would go without her period for half a year, and once, a doctor even prescribed her some injection to induce menstruation...

Everyone has their own physiology; why did you decide to measure everyone by your own body...

Try an infusion of onion skins or the herb elecampane, just don't overdo it.

Where did you collect this statistic? Malfunctions due to stress, weather, colds, etc., etc. - are far from uncommon...
#11
Well, isn't that something..

I haven't had them for 5 years

I'm 18

After losing weight. So there.

Well, not many people have such a weak constitution.

Oh, author, come on! It would be one thing if it had been a month, but you've only been taking the infusion for four days, and already two days in, you're at it—it doesn't take long to wreck your body with herbs.

Soak in a hot bath for about an hour; I might have some delays, but a bath always helps.

It's not a weak constitution, it's an INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTIC! I have a strong, resilient body that conceives easily and carries pregnancies normally, but delays can happen due to stress or climate changes.

It's "sitting," it's a bit early for you to be turning gray.

A bay leaf decoction, but don't overdo it as it may cause bleeding.

I haven't had my period for ... months. The doctor prescribed: progesterone 2.5%, 1 ampoule intramuscularly once a day for 3 days. After the injections, it came on the 3rd-4th day)))). Withdrawal effect. But this didn't solve the problem of hormonal imbalance or "chaos." A thorough examination is needed. If you want to become a mom!!!

I also drank onion peel infusion. It helps, but it's absolutely disgusting stuff.

Girls, I had a 12-day delay. I tried everything: drank onion peel infusion, ate parsley, and took ascorbic acid. Nothing helped. I read that lemon might help. I ate a lemon with sugar in the evening, and by morning, it came! Just like that.

For those who aren't too lazy to read! :)

Backstory. I had a two-month delay. I went to the doctor, got tests and an ultrasound—no abnormalities. I was prescribed Duphaston (5 days, twice a day) + vitamin E.

Well, I’m an impressionable young lady, and after reading a lot of negativity on various forums, I decided to "induce" my period without hormonal medication.

I followed every possible piece of advice:

1) I lay in a hot bath drinking wine—zero effect.

2) Did ab workouts, ran—zero effect.

3) Parsley tea (ate and drank it)—zero effect.

4) Onion peel tea—zero effect.

5) Vitamin E—zero effect.

6) Chamomile tea—zero effect.

7) Active sex—pleasant, but zero effect.

Nothing helped!!! And I had a vacation coming up in 14 days (thinking maybe the change in climate would kickstart things). I decided to take Duphaston, finished the 5-day course. And two days after finishing—my period arrived!

Conclusion. Read fewer forums, listen to your doctor more. Everyone’s body is different!!! But the "old wives’ tales" didn’t help me, though they gave me something to laugh about :))))

It really helps to steam the belly, lower back, and sides in the sauna.

I'm actually curious now, what kind of education do you both have that gives you such distant ideas about female physiology?

Menstruation might not occur due to a CYST, and going to a sauna is suicidal.

Drink the decoction of "Uterus Herb" + "Red Brush" (these are herbs). I recommend drinking them together but brewing them separately. The effect is amazing! I advise all women to try it to extend your "red days" for many years! You need to drink it consistently. Read all about these herbs online, and you'll be amazed by their properties. It has been tested on many people.

Hello, I'm 13 years old. My last period was on September 9th, and I still haven't gotten it since. I haven't lost weight, and I'm a virgin. I'm afraid to go to the doctor—can you help me?

Hi girls! So, at the end of August, I stopped taking Microgynon (I had been taking it for 2 years). In September, my period came on time, everything was fine. Now, I have a 4-day delay. I know it's not much, but still... My stomach has been aching and cramping since around day 1, when it was supposed to start... I'm waiting, my stomach hurts, I'm suffering and worrying...

I have the same issue. I'm always 10 days late, everything is usually on schedule, but this time... I don't have any major gynecological problems, and I'm not pregnant... but it's scary. The doctor prescribed progesterone injections, three shots, but those are hormones, and I don't want to take them, especially since they cause significant weight gain. So, I'm going to try drinking elecampane instead. If it works, I'll let you know.

I was there on September 10th, but in October I wasn't 16 yet, what should I do?
Елена

Girls, take Aevit, it's just vitamins, they're inexpensive, one capsule a day for at least two weeks. It helped me, I'm going to get some myself now. Elecampane is a nasty thing, rarely effective.

I'm 18 now, and in October, I had a 5-day delay, and today seems to be the second day. I'm a virgin, and the doctor says everything is fine. I had an ultrasound in the summer—the first time around mid-cycle, which showed a cyst, and then I did it as recommended on the 5th day of my cycle, and no cyst was seen. But these delays started after I helped install a shower cabin—first, there was bleeding for 3 days, and then these stupid delays began. Does anyone know anything? Any advice?

How do you know you're an average organism? Maybe you're actually at the extreme end of the normal range?

Don't worry, your cycle probably just hasn't established yet, that happens. It usually normalizes after a few years, and even then it's not guaranteed, so your body is just adjusting...

It's not about the constitution. It's just that some people's gonadal hormones are more sensitive to changes in the body and react quickly. Others need a very strong stimulus for them to realize it's time to act (I think that's your case). There are pros and cons to each. If the glands are truly sensitive, they won't have difficulty performing their function at the right moment and quickly adapting to new conditions (e.g., pregnancy), whereas less sensitive glands may not do so immediately and will continue working at their usual pace... So physiology here isn't about a weak constitution. Under certain conditions, your body could turn out to be much weaker.

Your cycle is still stabilizing, there's no need to worry, let your body regulate itself naturally.
