Of course now I'm suffering with heat and hot flushes and poor sleep but I don't have periods, don't have these unexplained pains that tormented me for 4 years, my mood has lifted and I've got energy to do things, whereas when I was taking Femoston I didn't want to do anything at all and had no energy.
