With one tablet of Decaris. And when I got older, I just occasionally give pumpkin seeds to chew on. We have dogs. So, as a preventive measure, I put pumpkin seeds on a plate for the whole family, and while we're watching some movie, we all eat them. And no problems at all :)

Everyone has worms. If it's animals, then 100%. A few seeds aren't enough; you need comprehensive treatment twice a year. And you should give medicine to the animals too.

How do you know? If a person hasn't specifically fought against worms, they have them. Since we travel on public transport, go shopping, etc., we automatically get infected all the time. Alas.

Not everyone. Many people have a strong immune system that won't allow these creatures to survive in our bodies.

Well, maybe, theoretically. But honestly, where have you seen such immunity in our way of life, especially in a little one? And one raised on lollipops at that?

It is necessary to take anti-parasitic medication (which target not just worms, as they can inhabit virtually all organs) twice a year, preferably in autumn and spring. My daughter had a persistent dry cough that we initially thought was allergic; after taking the medication, it cleared up, along with her allergy to cat fur.
And if the child is 2 years old, can they also take Decaris?

Guest 7 is absolutely right. This should be done twice a year. Pharmacists even adjust the dosage for children; you just need to provide their weight and age. And Guest 1 is correct in saying that everyone who has animals, if they don't "protect" themselves, then it's present in all of them. Those who don't think so should at least read a biology textbook.

Well, alright. Let's assume everyone has worms. How is it possible that a person, say, 40 years old, has never had allergies, diarrhoea, or suffered from stomach pains, and generally only caught colds a handful of times?
In short, explain what happens in the body, where these worms hide, why they don't make themselves known, and what types of worms can be so quiet???
I'm really looking forward to explanations from the authors of posts 2 and 7, Vlyublennaya.
P.S. Giardia doesn't count, as they are protozoa and are easily contracted through tap water. Tell me about real worms, not those parasites that are invisible to the naked eye.

I have a cat, though strictly an indoor one, but I do an annual antibody test for parasites in my daughter's blood (there's a whole list of them), treat the cat for parasites, and since my daughter is still little and tends to put everything in her mouth, I give her Pirantel syrup every two months.
Considering that our intestines are quite long, and worms can be located throughout their entire length, I dread to imagine the volume of the enema.

Decaris, Pyrantel))) For any sensible person who understands the dangers of synthetic antiparasitic drugs, the only solution is herbs. If you look at the leaflet of any anthelmintic drug, you'll find it has more side effects than the number of parasite species it targets. And no informed mother would give such drugs to her child, especially twice a year, otherwise the child would end up without a liver and kidneys. I have two children, so I approach the choice of remedies very sceptically. We've settled on NSP products. They are completely safe, with a very wide selection of effective herbal blends. The course of the antiparasitic programme should be carried out considering the development stages of the worms, as all remedies (including Pyrantel and Decaris) only affect adult worms, not the larvae and eggs. Therefore, we take the programme for 21 days, then a 10-day break, and again for 21 days. At the same time, it's essential to follow a diet: exclude red meat (beef, pork, lamb, veal), "meat semi-finished products," all sweets and all flour-based foods (basically all the foods that worms love) during this period, or you might as well consider this whole endeavour pointless. If anyone is interested in more details, feel free to write; I'll be happy to share my experience. fsrp@onego.ru

Chemistry doesn't just kill parasites, but our bodies too!!! The point of taking one pill is merely to ease your conscience—since the parasite cycle is 28-30 days. With just one tablet, the worms will remain, and your health won't be in the best shape.
Who's for health without chemicals? I'll show you how to achieve results! sdar772@rambler.ru

The elder daughter has worms, and the younger one likely does too (up to 90% probability). The younger child is only 1 year and 3 months old with a weak immune system (currently under treatment with an immunologist) and has also been prescribed Pyrantel. However, the instructions strictly specify it is for ages 3 and above. If there is a genuine way to get rid of parasites without using synthetic medications, I would very much like to know more details. We suspect it's pinworms. Thank you in advance.

Hello! Please help me, I have three children, and the older ones never had such problems as the youngest, who is 1.6 years old. Today I discovered he has worms, and I don't know what to do about them. Please advise, as this is my first time dealing with this. We don't keep any pets at home. Thank you in advance for your website.
Go to the pharmacy; they'll likely recommend either Decaris or Pirantel. Make time to visit the paediatrician with the children.
We had the same issue... we missed the right time. We've been treating it for a long time; worms come from dirty hands... Now we wash before eating! WITHOUT FAIL!

Hello! I'm 12 years old, and my friend is 13. We're really worried that we might have worms and are quite anxious about it, but we're not sure if we do or not. The 12-year-old (me) feels something in the bottom at night, like there's something there, but it doesn't itch, and it's really scary. The other one has a bit of itching. Could you tell us what other symptoms there might be at our age? How can we tell if we have worms or not? We haven't found any worms in the toilet. Please advise on how we can get rid of them.

Hello, Vera! I think I know what can help with your problem, but it's a long story to write. Please email me at mashka1902@mail.ru and we'll discuss it.
Could you please tell me if a child can have a fever if pinworm eggs are found? We've been experiencing a rise in temperature in the evenings or at night during sleep for 15 days now. We've already taken Pirantel.

What nonsense are you talking about? Most sensible parents don't give their children Chupa Chups and are generally in favour of healthy eating. Neither I nor my friend have ever encountered this problem; we both have children and there are no health issues whatsoever. And as for transport - have you tried washing your hands after being outside?

Tablets are not always effective, plus not all children tolerate them well; I put my own through the ordeal of that chemistry with little effect. Enemas with flax seeds turned out to be a far better remedy.
Why torture them with chemistry? It's been clear for ages that all this is useless with worms. Only herbs, only tinctures. I've used a herbal preparation several times already, Stop-darmoyed I think it's called. Always treated excellently. The worms are gone within a week maximum.

It all started for me when my son began eating poorly. Then intestinal problems began. The doctor immediately gave us a diagnosis - worms. We tried several remedies, among which I'd highlight Stop - Darmoed. For some reason I think it was specifically that one that helped, because during the period we were taking it, the worms disappeared.

Monastery Antiparasitic Tea is a remedy that helps eliminate ALL types of parasites. This means there's no need for diagnosis; simply complete the full treatment course of 21 days (3 weeks), and you will be cleansed of any parasitic organisms. https://vk.com/topic-57920576_31788310

My grandson is 2 years old. I think he has worms. What can be given for prevention?
I have two little ones, 5 years old and 2 years old, and I was also concerned about how to protect them from parasites because they put everything in their mouths. Just because tests don't show the presence of worms doesn't mean they aren't there; they're very difficult to detect and catch. Prevention is definitely necessary to keep the children healthy. I was immediately against tablets because they're chemicals, and how often can you give them? It only harms the child and damages the liver. My children won't drink bitter herbs or eat garlic, and you can't give them much of that anyway. The older one constantly asked for sweets and ground his teeth no matter how much garlic I gave him. I found wonderful water-based chanterelle mushroom drops that can be given to children from birth. Chanterelles remove and expel worm eggs, both small and large worms, from tissues, organs, and the intestines. The children have stopped getting sick and have become calmer. And it's essential for the mother to do prevention too because of close contact.

If it's still relevant, I recommend buying several packs of Bactefort straight away, especially if you have pets at home. Oh, and also, my little one brought roundworms from the garden once. We got rid of them with Bactefort too. As for the widely popular Decaris, it had awful side effects; the little one actually lost sleep for several days and complained about a stuffy nose and strange smells. I didn't even know how to help him. Now it's only Bactefort. After all, we must protect our children's health..

I got rid of my child's worms without using pills. The Biomedis device helped. The child stopped grinding their teeth, gained weight, and became rosy-cheeked. I'm so glad I didn't have to damage their liver from a young age, and I no longer trust pharmacists—they just rip you off.

My little one had worms when she was two years old; I suppose I didn't keep a close enough eye on her. When such a tiny tot has problems, it's really scary. I rushed to the doctor, who prescribed Pirantel, saying it's specifically for little children under three. I was afraid, but I gave it to her since there was no other option. Later, I started reading up on it, and indeed, this medication is among the top three most effective ones, as written here: http://babyrebenok.ru/glisty-u-rebenka. Recovery didn't take long. So, I recommend it, mums, a tried and tested method! If you have any questions, write to me at knyazevaeva@yandex.ru - I'll be happy to help.

Good evening! Please help me. My daughter has no pink colour in her face at all. She's quite pale, actually. I suspect it might be worms; she has no appetite and only wants sweet things. We've done tests, and they say there's nothing, but I don't believe it. Could you suggest something that won't harm her health? She's so thin. Thank you!
