Will a test show before a missed period?

It's unlikely, but they say it happens, especially with a high-sensitivity test. More often, even with a slight delay, it might not show up yet.

There are still 11 days until my period, but 3 out of 5 tests showed a positive result)))

One showed two lines (one normal and one very faint), the second showed only one((( My period is still far off. And I want to be sure. Should I take a few more tests or just wait for a delay, if it happens, of course.

And said everything is fine, the ultrasound date and the uterine size both match at 6 weeks! Hi Tatiana. I had the same thing happen to me—about two weeks after intercourse, my lower back started hurting, and I felt awful. Then, the lower abdomen began to ache and it lasted for two and a half weeks. I took a test, and it showed one bright line and a very faint second one. But later, until the first day of my missed period, they didn't show anything... yet I could feel it. You should try it too; it might show something. And yes, the second line might appear after about 5-7 minutes, so wait a bit!!!! Write back with the result; I'm really curious. Wishing you two lines!!!!!

My test also showed negative five days before my missed period, but I felt pregnant. Two days later, it already showed two lines! Plus, my nipples and the skin around them darkened.

Tests often don't show results early on, though there are exceptions. :)

I've had a very strong pain in my lower abdomen for 2.5 weeks now. I took a test, but it showed nothing. I always feel very sleepy, and once I got really dizzy. My period is supposed to start in a few days. I'm really scared to take the test again(((((((( I'm tired of hoping!!!!!!!!
