Retraso de 4 días, he hecho el test 4 veces, todas negativas, los pechos me dolieron como antes de la regla y dejaron de doler, pero siguen más grandes, no tengo náuseas ni nada de eso, lo único es un inexplicable moqueo, o sea, la nariz no está tapada, simplemente chorrea, no os riáis, he leído aquí sobre una especie de rinitis en embarazadas, en fin, con mi marido, si se puede llamar anticoncepción, usábamos el método de la marcha atrás, así que cinco años sin quedarme embarazada, y ahora no sé, estoy confundida, pienso, si no estoy embarazada, por qué el retraso, antes podía retrasarse como máximo 2 días... no me molesta ni me duele nada a nivel ginecológico... Pienso en esperar otros 3 días, o sea, que sea un retraso de una semana e ir a hacerme un análisis de sangre de la HCG... Chicas, tengo un estado de ánimo, una felicidad, aunque sé que es pronto para alegrarme... y además tengo que terminar de alguna manera el último curso de la uni... el trabajo también está en auge, y aquí como que todo a la vez, quiero un bebé... simplemente la incertidumbre da miedo... quizá me he hecho demasiadas ilusiones... Y si no estoy embarazada, ¿por qué puede ser el retraso...? ¿Es un trastorno grave?

Espera unos días más... A mí solo me salió la segunda rayita muy, muy tenue el octavo día, y antes de eso, todo estaba completamente limpio =)))

En mi prueba, las primeras dos semanas no mostraron nada. Y un retraso, en principio, puede deberse a cualquier cosa. Pero si usaste protección (incluso si fue el método de retirada), lo más probable es que no haya embarazo.

El retraso puede ser de una semana o más debido al estrés, el agotamiento y una mala alimentación.

Suzu, lo entiendo, pero si la regla no viene en absoluto y no hay embarazo, ¿eso no es normal, verdad?

Autora, este mes me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo que a usted, solo que con una semana de retraso y los tests negativos. Ya me había hecho a la idea de tener un bebé, y entonces me vino la regla... :) Así que no se alegren demasiado antes de tiempo, esperen un poco más, tal vez el retraso se deba a los nervios, al cambio de clima, etc. ¡Mucha suerte! :)

4 days late, I've done the test 4 times, all negative, my breasts hurt a bit like before my period and then stopped, well they've stayed enlarged, no nausea or anything like that, the only unexplained thing is a runny nose, i.e. nose isn't blocked, just streaming, don't laugh, I read here about some kind of pregnancy rhinitis, anyway, with my husband if you can call it contraception we've been using withdrawal, so I haven't got pregnant in five years, but now I don't know, I'm confused, so I'm thinking, if I'm not pregnant, why the delay, before it could be late maximum 2 days...nothing bothers or hurts gynaecologically...So I'm thinking, I'll wait another 3 days, i.e. that'll make a week late and I'll go get a blood test for HCG...My mood is like this girls, such happiness, although I know it's too early to celebrate...and uni final year needs to be finished somehow...work is also on the up, and here somehow everything at once, I want a baby...just the unknown is scary...maybe I've overthought it..And if I'm not pregnant, what could cause the delay...is it a serious issue?

My test didn't show anything for the first two weeks. And a delay can basically be due to anything. But if you used protection (even if it was withdrawal), then most likely there's no pregnancy.

Author, I had exactly the same situation this month as you did, just a week's delay, and the tests were negative. I had already set my heart on having a baby, and then my period started... :) So, don't get too excited prematurely; wait a bit longer, as the delay might be due to stress, change of climate, etc. Good luck! :)

Perhaps it's an issue with the ovaries (I had that myself). Go for an ultrasound with a gynaecologist to rule out any ailments and avoid letting them worsen. If everything's fine—get a blood test done.

Author, well firstly, if you've been relying solely on the withdrawal method for years and nothing else, there's a high likelihood that either you or your husband have some issues, otherwise you would have already had a 'slip-up' and become pregnant. The withdrawal method is an extremely ineffective form of contraception, akin to hoping for the best; it's more suited for casual encounters than for married couples. A four-day delay isn't yet a disruption; even healthy women can experience such fluctuations (due to stress, climate changes, etc.), and sometimes there can be a ten-day delay before everything starts... You definitely need to see a doctor, and together with your husband, especially if you want a child. Get yourselves checked; it really is odd that you haven't become pregnant in five years, practically without contraception.

In our little town, there aren't many opportunities either; for instance, they don't even test blood for HCG. At least a couple of private ultrasound clinics have opened up. I only found a competent gynaecologist in Novosibirsk, so I travel 300 km to see her. Though, in the hope of getting pregnant, I'd go to the ends of the earth)))
