But my symptoms aren't exactly like that. Yes, there's heaviness, tenderness, and altered structure (clearly visible on ultrasound). There's also some nonsense on the side—my gynaecologist says it's an accessory lobe.
However, there are no specific lumps. And no nipple retraction. Miss, these two things can actually be signs of oncology. I don't want to scare you, but you should go to a doctor just in case. Also, there are detailed descriptions online on how to self-examine your breasts for lumps (though I'm afraid to do it too often myself).
