Who has had Fibrocystic Mastopathy? PLEASE HELP

Hello. Please share, who has been diagnosed with Fibrocystic Mastopathy? What were your symptoms? I only get pain when wearing a bra, or when I touch it. Sometimes the nipples retract. There's a lump. When lying on your back, on the right breast on the left side (closer to the chest wall) if you feel it, there seems to be a small lump, like a soft bump, or something fatty. Who has experienced this? Please advise something. I really hope for your answer.

Have you been to the doctor? Did you get an ultrasound?
I have fibrocystic mastopathy due to high prolactin levels. I lowered my prolactin and have been taking what the doctor prescribed for the second month now. I recently had an ultrasound, and there are no more cysts in the right breast, but the treatment should be prescribed by a doctor.

I was diagnosed almost twenty years ago, and I've been suffering ever since. Well, I take Mastodynon in courses when it gets really bad, but no other treatment has ever been prescribed to me.
But my symptoms aren't exactly like that. Yes, there's heaviness, tenderness, and altered structure (clearly visible on ultrasound). There's also some nonsense on the side—the gynecologist says it's an accessory lobe.
But specifically, there are no lumps. And no nipple retraction. Girl, these two things can actually be signs of oncology. I don't want to scare you, but you should go to a doctor just in case. Also, there are detailed descriptions online on how to self-examine your breasts for lumps (though I'm afraid to do it too often myself).

I have the same diagnosis, my breasts are very painful before my period. I went to the doctor, they prescribed Akan, and during the course, it really got better and the pain completely went away.

I was diagnosed with this condition at 17. I'm 35 now. I've never treated it with anything. Before my period, my breasts swell and hurt; at other times, I can feel a few lumps, but that's it—nothing hurts, and the lumps aren't growing. Fibrocystic breast disease is so common now, every other woman has it. They really found a "disease" there. It's like gastritis or migraines. Nonsense.

Yes, I've had this diagnosis for several years now. I'm on a special gel (prescribed by the doctor) and get an ultrasound every six months. I think it's just the way my breasts are structured; it can't be completely cured. The main thing is to monitor the condition of the breasts and follow the course of medication prescribed by the doctor.

I've been to the doctor. They prescribed hormone tests. The ultrasound showed it's FCM (adenosis) fibroglandular complex up to 30mm.
Could you please tell me what that 'weird thing' on your side is? When I lie on my back, on my right breast, on the left side, closer to the chest wall, I feel like a soft bump, I can pinch it with two fingers, it even seems to move a little. Or like a fatty lump. I don't know how to explain it exactly, but I'm really worried. Is yours the same, or different? I hope you'll reply. With respect.

I've had mastopathy since I was about 20. The gynecologist prescribed Mastodynon and Mastopol (the latter suited me better) – these are homeopathic remedies – and Progestogel, which is a hormonal gel to apply on the breasts. With mastopathy, it's better to get an ultrasound every six months to a year because it's hard to tell on your own whether everything is fine or not – after all, there are lumps! My pain depends on stress. When I get worked up, my breasts hurt. Sometimes, just before my period, it becomes unbearable. It probably also depends on hormones. Doctors have suggested I take birth control pills to ease the symptoms, but I don't want to do that myself.

That's a cyst. It should dissolve after taking the medication.

Get an ultrasound every six months and take the medication prescribed by your mammologist. Don't neglect the cysts, treat them on time.

Can you do an ultrasound with elastography, doctor? It's more expensive than a regular one, but more effective. It accurately determines the number of cysts and their structure.

I also have stomach and intestinal issues, I think it might be somehow related to this.
Thank you so much for your response, dear ones. Wishing you health. That's the most important thing right now.

Could you please tell me, do some people have inverted nipples? When I lie down, mine retract. Sometimes one nipple is inverted. It's always different.

I had mastopathy from long-term use of oral contraceptives. The doctor discontinued them and prescribed a six-month course of Mastiol Edas 127 without interruption during menstruation. Now everything is normal, but I am strictly prohibited from taking oral contraceptives to avoid triggering the condition again.

I suffered from it for about five years, the pain would come and go, and each time it was stronger, especially before my period. On ultrasound, small cysts were visible. I tried everything to treat it, even hormones. I googled Mamoklam, consulted with a doctor, and ended up curing it with that, even though it doesn't contain hormones.
Maybe you just have an uncomfortable bra? An ill-fitting bra can definitely cause breast pain. And we girls are such worriers, we can feel anything! You should go for an ultrasound and see a mammologist.

What is this medication, Mastiol? Is it also some kind of hormones? And is the treatment course always that long?

That's the thing, Mastiol Edas 127 is NOT hormonal. It's a natural product with no side effects (I was afraid I'd gain weight, but I didn't put on any at all). And yes, the course is long because the effect is cumulative, but it's a safe way to restore your health.

Well, the author is a fool, migraines aren't nonsense, they're unbearable pain to the point of nausea and changes in taste, color, etc. And gastritis is nothing but Helicobacter pylori, you need to treat it urgently, not live with it.

What herbs should I drink? I have fibrocystic breast disease, my breasts hurt constantly and under my arms, I get an ultrasound once every 3 months.

Good afternoon, not too long ago, I received a diagnosis after another breast surgery. For the past three years, I've been undergoing surgery every 3-4 months to remove rapidly growing fibroadenomas. The last time after removal, they told me that my breast is essentially one large tumor. It's untreatable. I'm under observation, and I've tried everything, but the pain and inverted nipple are constant. All my test results show no abnormalities, so there's no way to find out why this is happening. I'll just have to live with it. Currently, I'm 23 years old.

Same symptoms. For many years. Started after giving birth. I periodically take Mastodinon and apply Progestogel.

Hello. Go see a doctor. The sooner the better. The lump could be cancer. A friend of mine had it like that, she's going through chemo now. I hope it's not the same for you.
